• Manage key Trust & Safety programs to reduce harmful experiences for our users. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Engineering, Legal, and others) to proactively identify and mitigate risks to user safety. • Apply data-driven frameworks to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, in alignment with broader company goals and business objectives. • Stay informed about industry best practices and emergent risks associated with new technology products and contexts.

• Act as a trusted partner and extension of the CFO and VP of Finance, providing proactive, high-level support that frees them to focus on Mozilla's most important financial and strategic priorities. • Own complex, fast-moving calendars across both leaders: prioritize and sequence meetings, resolve conflicts, protect focus time, and align scheduling with Finance deliverables, Board cycles, and enterprise priorities. • Run the operating rhythm of the CFO's office: plan and facilitate Finance and leadership meetings, prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and action items, and drive follow-through. • Prepare and refine executive-level presentations, reports, briefing materials, and correspondence for leadership meetings, business reviews, and external stakeholders. • Coordinate domestic and international travel and manage expense reports. • Serve as a key point of contact between the executives, their teams, and internal and external partners, ensuring timely, professional communication and follow-up. • Support Audit committee, Investment Committee and Board preparation, including logistics, materials, and minutes as needed. • Plan logistics for team offsites, work weeks, and events. • Partner with other administrative colleagues on team communications, recognition moments, onboarding, and cross-team needs. • Handle highly confidential information — financial, transactional, and personnel — with the utmost discretion.

• Develop a deep understanding of the PC gaming market - including ecosystems, distribution models, audience segmentation, and monetization patterns • Lead the vision and strategy for a new product area, ensuring development of a high quality product with strong alignment to Mozilla’s strengths and customer value. • Manage a team of design and engineering resources to create an enjoyable and user-centric product that can meet or exceed business goals • Able to seamlessly navigate between high level strategic planning and practical implementation, translating the strategy into the roadmap and action plans for the teams • Clear and articulate communication of product plans, customer value, trade-offs, and outcomes to a wide array of audiences including cross-functional partners, Mozilla Leadership, employees, and customers • Be a thought leader in the gaming space, with a strong understanding of the market, the different audiences, and potential opportunities in the industry • Define and own product metrics to evaluate performance, validate strategic decisions, and prioritize the roadmap — comfortable moving between qualitative signals and quantitative data to build conviction and communicate progress • Navigate competing priorities across cross functional teams — building alignment and trust with partners while maintaining a clear point of view on what the product needs to succeed
