• Provide functional consulting and work on a global implementation program for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) based on Salesforce CG Cloud • Ensure correct understanding of local business needs, aligned with the global template • Act as a link between business areas and the technical team on challenging projects • Support ongoing interaction with global teams and validate configurations

• Develop and customize solutions in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) using SFRA • Implement end-to-end D2C e-commerce journeys (catalog, PDP, checkout, and payments) • Integrate SFCC with Salesforce Core / CRM / Automotive Cloud • Develop and consume REST APIs and integrations via MuleSoft • Configure Sites, Locales, Pricebooks, and Custom Preferences • Work in multi-country and multi-currency environments • Participate in technical refinement, code reviews, and adoption of best practices • Support UAT cycles, go-live, and hypercare

• Work on challenging projects with high technical complexity; • Propose project improvements and support other team members to maintain quality standards; • Support the QA team to ensure test quality; • Assist the Salesforce consulting team to resolve technical issues and/or bugs; • Collaborate with other team members and within the client environment.

• Design and configure the Employee Central module (Data Models, Foundation Objects, Picklists, Business Rules, Workflows) to meet client requirements. • Configure Position Management, organizational structures (Legal Entity, Business Unit, Department). • Configure and manage HR events (hire, transfer, promotion, rehire) in the Employee Profile. • Design Business Rules and approval workflows to automate HR processes. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration of EC with Payroll (EC Payroll) and Talent modules (Recruiting, Performance). • Execute unit testing and support key users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Resolve support tickets, implement continuous improvements, and apply SAP semiannual release updates (Release Management).
