SAP ABAP HCM – Junior, Mid-level

Seekerh

• Develop, maintain and support SAP ABAP solutions focused on SAP HCM processes. • Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements together with business areas and functional consultants. • Develop and support: ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, user exits / BAdIs, SmartForms / SAPscript / Adobe Forms, batch programs, conversions and integrations. • Work with objects and structures related to HCM submodules such as: PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), PY (Payroll) – desirable, PT (Time Management) – desirable. • Perform corrections, evolutionary improvements and incident support. • Ensure technical quality, documentation and testing of deliverables. • Support integrations between SAP HCM and legacy or third-party systems. • Participate in implementation projects, rollouts, continuous improvements and sustainment.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in ABAP development.
  • Knowledge/experience in SAP HCM.
  • Experience developing reports, ALV, interfaces, enhancements, BAdIs and user exits.
  • Knowledge in technical analysis, debugging, performance tuning and incident resolution.
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with functional and business teams.
  • Good communication, organization and autonomy.
  • Experience with Payroll (PY) and/or Time Management (PT) submodules (desirable).
  • Knowledge of integrations via IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services or APIs (desirable).
  • Experience with SAP HCM infotypes and HR process logic (desirable).
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori or integrations with newer technologies (desirable).
  • Intermediate English and Spanish are desirable.

Benefits

  • Assistance: Support for children with disabilities. Childcare/Nanny allowance (according to policy).
  • Day Off / Short Day: Day off during the month of the employee's birthday and in cases of change of residence. Early leave (2 hours) on the birthday of the employee's children (up to 12 years old).
  • Leave: Marriage – 5 business days; Maternity – 6 months; Paternity – 20 days. Bereavement – 5 business days (direct relatives) and 1 business day (indirect relatives).
  • Gympass: Discounted plans for employees and dependents (participation according to chosen plan). Active after 1 month of contract.
  • Employee Assistance Program (PAE): Free assistance for employees and dependents including legal, psychological, financial and social support, among others. Confidentiality of information is guaranteed and assistance extends to direct and indirect dependents.
  • NBaby: Support program to ensure physical and emotional health during pregnancy and up to 1 year after birth, for employees and dependents.
  • Robotics Workshop: Incentives for digital creation activities for children and their families to encourage interest in technology.
  • Partnerships: Agreements with educational institutions (discounts on undergraduate and postgraduate courses), language schools, retailers, pharmacies and restaurants.
  • NAV/DASA: Online consultation service to avoid hospital visits when diagnosis can be made by video.
