Role Description QuinStreet has an immediate opening for a Senior Media Manager for our Personal Loans, Debt and Credit, and Emerging Verticals Division (“AmONE”). Job Category QuinStreet is building the next generation of creator-driven customer acquisition in financial services. We are seeking a Director of Creator Partnerships, Financial Services to lead the expansion of our creator ecosystem across key verticals including insurance, credit cards, banking, loans, and debt solutions. This role is responsible for building and scaling the creator supply side of the marketplace — identifying, recruiting, and activating high-quality creators who can authentically engage consumers making important financial decisions. You will focus on creator sourcing, partnerships, and ecosystem development, working closely with category marketing teams that will manage campaign execution and optimization. This is a unique opportunity to shape how creator marketing drives performance-based acquisition in one of the largest digital financial services marketplaces. Responsibilities Build a Scalable Creator Acquisition Engine - Identify and recruit creators across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, and emerging social channels. - Develop scalable sourcing strategies to consistently identify high-potential creators in personal finance, lifestyle, and consumer decision categories. - Build a structured pipeline of creators aligned to QuinStreet’s financial services marketplace. Grow QuinStreet’s Creator Ecosystem - Expand and diversify our network of influencers, creators, and content publishers. - Identify creators capable of driving trust, education, and conversion in complex financial decisions. - Establish onboarding processes that enable creators to participate in performance-driven campaigns. Partner with Internal Category Leaders - Collaborate with marketing teams across insurance, credit cards, banking, loans, and debt solutions. - Match creators to campaigns and transition partnerships to category teams for execution, optimization, and scaling. - Help define best practices for creator-driven acquisition in regulated financial services categories. Bring Market Intelligence - Monitor trends in the creator economy, social platform algorithms, and emerging distribution channels. - Evaluate creator partnerships using engagement data, audience quality, and conversion performance. - Identify new partnership formats including affiliate creator programs, sponsored integrations, and performance partnerships. Requirements - 10+ years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social growth. - Proven experience building or scaling a creator ecosystem. - Strong understanding of performance marketing and affiliate economics. - Ability to identify creators who can drive both trust and customer acquisition. - Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams. - Analytical mindset with strong understanding of creator performance metrics. - Experience in fintech, personal finance media, or regulated industries is a plus. The expected salary range for this position is $145,000 USD to $175,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
