Role Description The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through expansion deals within the most strategic customer accounts. This role focuses on identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Success in this position is measured by the ability to grow and retain strategic customers to increase customer lifetime value. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Role Description Responsible for building and maintaining the tools, processes, and environments that enable efficient software delivery. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Community & Engagement Manager to build, launch, and scale Keyfactor’s end-user online community. You will own our community platform end-to-end — from vendor selection and launch to day-to-day moderation, content strategy, and long-term growth and success.
