Financial Analyst, Network Development

• Build and analyze financial models (DCF, IRR, ROI) to support acquisition and divestiture decisions • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations based on financial and market analysis • Support financial and operational due diligence, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders • Conduct market, brand, and demographic research to inform growth strategy and market planning • Assist with acquisition data integration, including reconciliation of financial statements and trial balances • Contribute to capital projects, add-point analysis, and other corporate development initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
  • Curiosity and drive to quickly understand LAD’s business model and acquisition strategy
