Role Description
As our Senior People Partner, you'll be the strategic partner across Product, Engineering and Operations organizations, helping build high-performing teams and enabling the business to scale. Core Competencies
-
Knowledge & Application:
Understands how Product, Engineering, and Operations teams think, prioritize, and operate — earning trust by speaking the language, not just translating HR into it. Applies deep HR business partner expertise, informed by AI and emerging-tech trends, to set the approach for how people practices show up inside a fast-moving, cross-functional client group, not just to execute existing programs.
-
Complexity & Problem Solving:
Navigates ambiguous, high-stakes situations — org restructures, capability gaps, role evolution driven by AI — where the right answer isn't obvious, exercising independent judgment and owning outcomes that affect business performance and employee experience. Leads change rather than just supporting it, designing and executing programs that shift mindsets and build capability, with a clear point of view on the future of work and AI's role in it.
-
Collaboration & Interaction:
Works effectively across line, middle, and senior management within a client group, and with the broader People Team. Advises managers on complex, sensitive matters, adapts communication for diverse audiences, translates between business needs and People strategy, and knows when to loop in the Head of People for executive-level partnership.
