Skills & Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities: - Proficiency in design programs, including Chief Architect and/or 20/20 design or other programs. - Expertise in using design and visualization tools for creating blueprints and plans. - Comprehensive understanding of different cabinetry materials and finishes. - Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client expectations, provide outstanding support, and consistently deliver excellent customer experiences. - Knowledge of mathematics, engineering, and design principles to ensure accurate and functional cabinet designs. - Meticulous attention to detail for accurate measurements, precise drawings, and high-quality finishes. - Ability to learn multiple cabinet lines. - Ability to create and present design concepts to customers and work effectively as part of a team. - Strong ability to multitask. - Self-motivated attitude. - Ability to provide in-depth product knowledge and execute upselling strategies. - Fosters a strong collaboration and partnership with all internal team members. - Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. - Able to thrive in both collaborative and autonomous environments. - Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset to continue growing knowledge within the business. - Adaptable and agile to quickly learn new and changing technologies and processes. - Embodies EquipmentShare mission and culture. - Adherence to all company employee policies. - Regular and reliable attendance. - Other duties as assigned by management. Education and Experience: - High School Diploma/GED. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools. - Proven sales experience within the industry, specifically with kitchen and bath products. - Design experience preferred. - Basic knowledge of residential construction. - Ability to read or understand architectural plans. - Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. Physical Requirements: - Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk. - Must be able to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely.
