Role Description EquipmentShare is hiring a National Technical Support Technician to support our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO. This is a hands-on, field-focused role responsible for: - Commissioning equipment - Supporting installations - Performing major and minor repairs - Helping reduce unavailable OEC across the fleet The position will support: - Diesel generators - Natural gas engines - Turbine-based power generation - Load banks - Related power distribution systems You’ll work closely with National Technical Support Specialists and branch teams to improve reliability, return equipment to rent-ready status, and support complex deployments. Role Description As a Customer Invoicing Specialist at EquipmentShare, you will be responsible for customer invoicing for primarily large accounts that require online portal entry. In conjunction with the credit offices, you’ll assist in the collection of accounts. You will also work directly with customers on disputed balances and any other accounting charge code issues. Role Description The Property Transaction & Closing Specialist advises on real estate site selection, transaction structure, and due diligence (zoning, title, survey, environmental) for new branch openings. This role reviews Title Insurance Documents, leads commercial closings (purchases, sales, leases, sale-leasebacks, acquisitions), and summarizes diligence documents (Environmental Assessments, Surveys, Zoning reports), identifying investigation needs. The specialist interfaces with internal teams, outside counsel, and closing agents, and is responsible for managing and improving real estate and legal department procedures. Primary Responsibilities - Provides advice and counsel related to real estate site selection, transaction structure, due diligence (including zoning, title, survey, and environmental review), and real estate documents related to new branch opening activities. - Review all aspects of Title Insurance Documents and deal directly with the Title Insurance Company in closing real estate transactions. - Compile and have executed all documents associated with real estate transactions and lead and conduct closings for a variety of commercial transaction types, including: purchases, sales, leases, sale-leasebacks, and acquisitions. - Review, summarize and report Diligence related documents to include but not be limited to Environmental Assessments, Commercial Surveys and Zoning reports. - Interact directly with colleagues at all levels within EquipmentShare's real estate, development, and construction teams, among others, to facilitate transparency across departments. - Interact directly with outside counsel, opposing counsel and staff landlord personnel, title and escrow agents, and others. - Understand, manage, and improve EquipmentShare and Legal Department procedures and forms to create efficiencies and cost savings. Qualifications - Ability to multitask within a fast-paced work environment with very detailed information and maintain a high degree of accuracy. - Proactive work ethic demonstrating initiative. - Ability to organize, coordinate, manage self and time effectively, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines. - Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and persuasively with employees, managers, and the public, both verbally and in writing. - Self-directed and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. - Strong computer skills, including ability to learn and use proprietary computer systems and databases. Requirements - At least 5 years experience working with legal/property transactions. - High school diploma required and college degree in paralegal studies. - Experience in banking and commercial lending processes and procedures as well as similar prior exposure to the closing and real estate finance process is helpful and sought after. - Experience working in a real estate department or for a real estate acquisition and management department of a commercial entity. - Experience as a paralegal or attorney in a law firm reading, reviewing and analyzing legal documents pertaining to real property.
