This role is fully remote. - Responsible for recruiting across an assigned region for our sales team. - Be a subject matter expert for your roles and market. - Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications. - Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates. - Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation. - Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs including time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire. - Help to maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other designations. - Collaborate with other Talent team members and onboarding team to finalize offer process. - Consistently ensure that recruiting practices are in compliance with current legal standards. - Collaborate with team on future hiring processes and best practices. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - At least 2+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume sales recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries. - Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools and other candidate messaging platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor and Grayscale. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse. - Experience in developing recruitment strategy. - Advanced knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods including boolean searches. - Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person). - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field. - Ability to travel when required. Talent Acquisition Strategy - Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with Dragonfly Cares' school based program growth objectives. - Collaborate with department heads and school program directors to forecast staffing needs and create proactive sourcing plans. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for school-based clinical and paraprofessional roles. Job Posting and Sourcing - Craft job descriptions that accurately reflect school-based role requirements and company culture. - Post job openings on various platforms, including the company website, job boards, and social media channels. - Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates for school-based positions. Data Management and Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and staffing coordination tools. - Generate recruitment metrics and staffing reports to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategies and case coverage rates. - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment and school staffing coordination. - Report regularly to leadership on open school cases, placement timelines, and district partnership status. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within the ABA, behavioral health, or special education sector. - Proficiency in using ATS systems. - Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, staff, and school district stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and staffing assignments, prioritizing tasks effectively. - High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
