Role Description A Remote Service Trainer within a manufacturing organization that builds heavy, off-road equipment used in the forestry industry, is responsible for delivering training programs to employees and/or customers and equipment dealership staff. The Trainer will provide virtual, in-class or hands-on training and will be tasked with planning and preparing instructional materials and resources, establishing and managing a positive learning environment, and instructing and evaluating students.
