Role Description The Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) is the tip-of-the-spear technical role responsible for ensuring that EXLdata.ai is successfully deployed, adopted, and scaled within client environments. You will work side-by-side with client teams, product engineering, and our GenAI agent teams to: - Deploy EXLdata.ai into client cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Resolve infra, security, and data pipeline issues in real time - Customize accelerators and agent workflows for client-specific needs - Drive measurable value realization from Day 1 - Champion product enhancements back to the EXLdata.ai engineering team - Deliver white-glove support for clients using our managed platform offering This role is ideal for a senior data engineer who loves solving real-world problems, can operate in ambiguous conditions, learns fast, and thrives in high-impact client environments. Having launched our MVP and now expanding across multiple Fortune-500 engagements, we are entering a rapid scale-up phase with two distinct delivery models: - Client-Deployed Model: Deploy EXLdata.ai within the client’s own cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and orchestrate their pipelines using our accelerator suite. - Managed Platform Model: EXL hosts EXLdata.ai in a dedicated private cloud and provides a white-glove, Data-Product-as-a-Service experience. To support this growth, we are hiring a Forward Deployment Engineer who will serve as the technical anchor at the intersection of cloud engineering, data engineering, GenAI, and client value realization.

• Possess knowledge in testing & claim processing including Cotiviti rules & triggers (FRE, UNB, MUE, non-covered, bundled scenarios) and knowledge in different products, member accounts and contracts. • Execute and manage end-to-end testing cycle for Cotiviti in HRP. • Analyze and test to maintain HealthRules Payor, supporting changes in Quarterly CMS dictionary Updates and procedures. • Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. • Perform testing based on Cotiviti & CXT rule changes and implementation. • Work with the HealthRules Payor (HRP) application, Cotiviti Tool. • Perform full, unit, and regression testing.

• The Strategic HR Business Partner for Insurance will play a critical role in leading the HR strategy for the Insurance division within the Americas region. • This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in HR, analytics, and digital transformation. • The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, resource management, team management and culture transformation aligned with the company’s objectives. • The HRBP will be bringing strong blend of hands-on experience with strategic leadership skills.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. • Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions and create job postings. • Conduct prescreening interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the offer process. • Source potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc. • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. • Engage with candidates to create a positive candidate experience. • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the company. • Provide support to new hires during their integration into the organization. • Support initiatives to enhance employer branding and promote the company as an employer of choice. • Attend recruitment events and career fairs to increase visibility of the organization. • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with legal standards and internal policies. • Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire) and prepare regular reports for leadership.

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for data and AI engagements, from solutioning through execution • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for client stakeholders • Own solution architecture and technical design decisions across data platforms • Drive stakeholder management across business and technical audiences, including C-suite/executive presentations • Build and present technical solutioning decks (PowerPoint) for client and internal audiences • Guide teams on agentic delivery approaches and modern AI-driven delivery models • Partner with sales/pre-sales teams on proposals and technical solutioning as needed

Role Description - Must have 7+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering and delivery. - 5+ years of relevant work experience in Big Data Concepts. Worked on cloud implementations. - Strong experience with SQL, Python, and Pyspark. - Good understanding of Data ingestion and data processing frameworks. - Good experience in Snowflake, SQL, AWS (Glue, EMR, S3, Aurora, RDS, AWS architecture). - Good aptitude, strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and ability to take ownership. • Support development of credit card product features and lifecycle design • Manage onboarding and account management frameworks • Review and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) • Bring SME in Credit Product launch and enablement – legal and compliance as well • Assist the execution team around prioritization and feature/product level controls and guardrails • Define backend data requirements, including data capture, storage, and usage • Establish customer communication flows (notifications, servicing, alerts) • Coordinate integration with customer support portal • Collaborate with technology and controls teams to ensure smooth product implementation • Support product build activities and ensure alignment with overall product strategy

• Drive product, contact and creative strategies to develop and implement large scale CRM campaigns optimized using machine learning, predictive modeling, and personalized content. • Manage and execute the marketing campaign process from initial request submission to deployment with a focus on outbound marketing channels (e.g., email, SMS, push). • Audience segmentation & execution • QA of touchpoints, personalization elements, any dynamic content, etc.. • Campaign build and deployment • Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests that yield continuous improvements to our fan strategies and lift conversion rates. • Optimize lifecycle CRM campaigns (e.g., onboarding, reactivation) using insights and analytics along with automation tools to increase fan LTV. • Extracting key insights and learnings for future optimization and template efficiency. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to build the most effective campaign strategies to meet performance targets.

• Campaign Developer is primarily responsible for execution/implementation of marketing campaigns using RPM Direct proprietary campaign management tool (CampaignDirect) and/or adhoc programmatic workflows. • Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and packages in Oracle • Support database-driven marketing campaigns, including audience selection, segmentation, suppression logic, and tracking • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data science teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for data issues • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across large, high-volume datasets

• Support the execution of international data initiatives by enabling data-driven decision making. • Help translate business needs into analytical solutions and monitor operational performance. • Provide actionable insights through reporting and scorecards across different global markets.
