Role Description Own and review the product roadmap with key stakeholders and obtain agreement. Understand general clinical and oncology practice workflows and leverage this to build features our customers love. - Leverage your background in iKnowMed Orders to identify both pain points as well as technical obstacles that must be addressed. - Analyze business requirements to identify the problem to be solved and work with UX and engineering to develop the optimal solution. - Synthesize business requirements into epics and translate epics into stories to enable development teams to understand scope. - Prepare user stories to support iterative delivery of the product. - Understand technical implications of features and how to break them down into stories according to the Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, Testable principles. - Facilitate and lead workshops/discussions with cross-functional teams to discover customers’ pain points and generate ideas for solutions. - Communicate upstream and/or downstream dependencies based upon planned work. - Determine product priorities, including new features, compliance requirements, and bug fixes. - Support products’ go-to-market strategy. - Expand product adoption through communication and collaboration across all McKesson technology business segments. - Escalate high-risk product roadblocks to leadership. - Mentor junior colleagues on product management best practices. - 100% Telecommuting is permitted from any location in the U.S. - Up to 15% Domestic Travel Required. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered, Product Management, or a related occupation. - Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in each of the following: - Skilled in building EHRs and clinical tools. - Regulatory Awareness and compliance knowledge in healthcare domain. - Skilled in iKnowMed EHR workflows including Insurance Authorization, Charge Capture, Clinical Content modules and how they interact together. - Understanding of authorization data flows across IKM EHR. - Experience with PMS to IKM data exchange including Payers and Plans. - Technical fluency of interfaces and FHIR services. - Detailed understanding of DaVinci HTI-4 APIs. - Understanding of CoverMyMeds USP Platform and integration with IKM. - Data-driven user analytics including FullStory. - Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in each of the following: - JIRA and Confluence. - Command of Agile processes. - Roadmap management. - User-centric design. This includes developing strategic partnerships, identifying high-impact deployment opportunities, and helping establish OpenMined as a trusted voice in the emerging AI evaluation and governance ecosystem. • Work closely with engineers and researchers to define the next generation of infrastructure required for privacy-preserving AI evaluations. You’ll help shape capabilities that enable increasingly sophisticated evaluation scenarios. • Lead the delivery of high-profile strategic deployments with frontier AI organizations, ensuring that pilots and production integrations are executed efficiently and generate meaningful outcomes for both partners and the broader ecosystem. • Translate emerging needs from AI labs, safety institutes, policymakers, and regulators into product strategy, ensuring our infrastructure evolves alongside advances in AI capabilities and governance requirements. • Represent OpenMined externally through industry working groups, conferences, standards efforts, and policy discussions, helping shape how privacy-preserving evaluation and auditing infrastructure develops as a field. • Define the product roadmap, success metrics, and execution priorities that enable OpenMined to become foundational infrastructure for independent AI evaluation and oversight.
