Role Description Elevate has more product opportunity than capacity. Our product ecosystem includes commercial workflows, data and insights experiences, premium experience tools, and related data products that serve both internal teams and external clients. The opportunity is real, but the work needs sharper product ownership: better discovery, clearer prioritization, stronger stakeholder communication, and a tighter connection between engineering effort and business value. We need someone who can: - Listen carefully - Challenge assumptions - Translate ambiguity into clear product direction - Help Elevate say yes to the right work and not yet to the rest Qualifications - 5+ years of product management, product owner, business systems, or product strategy experience in software - Experience owning discovery, roadmap planning, requirements, prioritization, and release communication for software products - Strong client and stakeholder communication skills, including comfort with executives and non-technical business leaders - Ability to translate messy business requests into clear product problems, scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans - Strong product judgment around MVPs, trade-offs, business value, and technical constraints - Comfort working closely with engineers and designers in a remote, distributed product engineering environment - Experience using data, ROI, adoption metrics, cost savings, or revenue impact to prioritize product work - Ability to manage multiple workstreams without turning every request into a fire drill - Clear written communication: roadmap updates, release notes, stakeholder summaries, and decision records Requirements - Preferred experience in sports, entertainment, ticketing, sponsorship, analytics, e-commerce, or marketplace products - B2B SaaS or internal tools that grew into client-facing platforms - Data products, reporting products, AI/ML-enabled products, or workflow automation products - Experience working with sales, account management, client success, or consulting teams - Experience in a product-led transformation where the company is moving from services or consulting into software Benefits - This position is fully remote - Full Time – Exempt - Anticipated Base Salary: $100,000 - $155,000 (this position is bonus eligible) - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance + FSA, HSA, and more - 401k Employer Match after meeting eligibility requirements - 14 Paid Holidays - Unlimited PTO - Paid Parental Leave
