Role Description The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring our hiring process runs smoothly from start to finish. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews, manage recruiting operations, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This role owns interview scheduling across multiple regions and time zones while supporting the day-to-day operations that keep our recruiting process moving efficiently. What You’ll Do: - Interview Scheduling - Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple regions and time zones. - Coordinate calendars for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels. - Schedule recruiter screens, technical interviews, panel interviews, and executive interviews. - Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure interviews run smoothly. - Candidate Experience - Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates. - Provide timely, professional communication throughout the interview process. - Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience. - Recruiting Operations - Maintain interview stages and scheduling information within the ATS. - Monitor recruiting inboxes and follow up on interview feedback and scorecards. - Support offer coordination and other recruiting administration as needed. - Process Improvement - Help improve recruiting processes and scheduling efficiency. - Identify opportunities to automate administrative tasks and streamline workflows. - Create documentation and best practices that support a scalable recruiting function. Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition Coordination, HR Coordination, Executive Scheduling, Recruiting Operations, or a similar administrative role. - Experience scheduling interviews across multiple time zones. - Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 level). - Comfortable interacting with candidates, executives, and senior leaders. - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
