The referral agent will be: - Prequalifying truck drivers and owner operators - Referring them for processing to start great trucking positions - Networking and reaching Truck Drivers to offer and explain the benefits of working on customer accounts in a professional manner The ideal candidate will have: - Strong phone skills - Excellent organizational abilities - A true interest in the trucking industry Qualifications - Valid state ID - Your own laptop or computer with internet service and a phone for making and receiving calls with drivers - Dedicated quiet work space for qualifying applicants and working remotely - CDL A Driver Recruiting, Trucking Industry customer service or call center experience preferred - Must be a people person, caring, a good listener, and empathetic for helping with CDL A Driver opportunities - Excellent time management abilities and good work ethics - Minimum weekly requirements of 15-20 hours - Dependable and honest, able to pass a background check and drug screen Requirements - 1099 pay as independent contractor, commission pay per driver hire - Excellent position for someone wanting to shine and work from home while making great money - Potential to make up to $70k yearly - Commission pay varies depending on which position the driver is hired for; commission pay info will be discussed during the interview process Benefits - Initial introduction to accounts training and ongoing support for your success
