Role Description We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our worldwide hiring operations. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership in BPO hiring environments, excels in client management, and thrives in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment settings. You will own and evolve our global talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across all regions and verticals. Responsibilities - Global TA Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement a scalable, data-driven global TA strategy aligned with business goals. - Oversee full lifecycle recruitment across all regions and job levels, from sourcing to onboarding. - Client Management & Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a trusted advisor to internal clients and business leaders across multiple geographies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring hiring expectations and service levels are consistently met. - BPO Recruitment Leadership - Drive volume hiring across BPO functions such as customer support, back office, content moderation, etc. - Bring market insights and best practices from BPO talent landscapes across APAC, LATAM, EMEA, and North America. - Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of TA professionals, regional leads, and sourcing specialists. - Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture within the TA team. - Vendor & Partner Management - Manage global RPO partners and staffing agencies to ensure delivery, compliance, and quality-of-hire. - Negotiate vendor contracts and set clear SLAs and KPIs. - Reporting & Analytics - Track, report, and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.). - Provide regular hiring forecasts and TA performance reviews to executive leadership. - Employer Branding & Talent Marketing - Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to position the company as an employer of choice globally. - Lead initiatives to improve candidate experience and EVP. Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a global or regional head role. - Proven track record in high-volume BPO recruitment across global delivery centers. - Strong client management and stakeholder influence skills. - Deep understanding of global hiring practices, labor laws, and sourcing channels. - Experienced in leading TA teams across multiple time zones and cultures. - Excellent command of recruitment technology tools (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms). - Data-driven mindset with the ability to present insights and trends to executive teams. - Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
