Role Description The Remote Office Manager works at the direction of the Senior Manager, Legal Operations to oversee teams responsible for core aspects of the states’ litigation processes including e-filing, case direction, preparation of legal documents, inventory review, and related case activity. - Responsible for daily supervision of litigation support staff. - Ensure support staff is properly and efficiently executing tasks related to document review, submission, preparation, assembly and mailing, and case management so that files are moving through the litigation process as expected. - Hire, train, and foster growth of team members. Monitor productivity, performance, quality and compliance of these teams. - Development of workflows and documentation of procedures. - Ensure that file inventory progresses according to client work standards. - Respond to inquiries from other departments on the handling of litigation accounts. - Assist the Senior Manager of Legal Operations in assuring efficient litigation case management, pursuant to Firm and Client standards. Qualifications - Ability to work efficiently with excellent attention to detail in a high-volume fast paced environment. - Minimum three years of relevant work experience in the legal field; equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered. - Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role. - Knowledge of legal terminology and legal document management (e.g., briefs, summonses, complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery). - Familiarity with litigation management software systems. - Effective oral and written communication skills with knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point; ability to operate basic office equipment such as a copy machine, fax machine, printer, scanner, and computer; proficient with internet research. - Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. - Ability to be flexible to adapt and act quickly when urgent matters require it. - Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various ethnic backgrounds and professional competencies. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. You will own how campaigns are structured, launched, measured, and optimized — ensuring that marketing consistently produces high-quality pipeline aligned to sales expectations. This role is an individual contributor responsible for building the foundation of B2B demand generation excellence, including campaign architecture, funnel mechanics, and performance discipline.
