Role Description Lead data-driven marketing strategy for Stitch’s clients. Turn complex data into insight, insight into strategy, and strategy into measurable business impact. As a Senior Marketing Strategist specializing in data analytics, you are helping clients unlock the full potential of their marketing data. You will develop the frameworks, roadmaps, and analytical approaches that allow brands to mature their use of data—turning raw signals into strategic insight and measurable business outcomes. You will work with enterprise marketers and data leaders to build scalable, analytics-driven strategies that connect marketing performance to business impact. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist who thrives at the intersection of data, analytics, and marketing strategy. You will act as a trusted analytics leader—defining how brands mature their data practices, build measurement frameworks, and derive strategic direction from complex data. You will translate complex data signals into strategic blueprints and act as a trusted advisor to marketing and technology leaders. What You’ll Do - Build use-case prioritization frameworks using quantitative scoring models that weigh business value, technical feasibility, and measurable customer impact. - Develop journey governance frameworks, testing roadmaps, and maturity assessments that help clients scale and optimize programs without accumulating architectural debt. - Design marketing analytics and KPI architectures that connect campaign-level metrics to business outcomes, including experimentation frameworks and performance narratives that enable data-backed investment decisions. - Leverage first-party data, behavioral signals, and CDP/CRM data to develop audience segmentation strategies, lifecycle stage definitions, and personalization frameworks. - Synthesize complex performance data from platforms such as Braze and turn them into actionable strategic recommendations. - Lead end-to-end journey mapping — from discovery workshops through current-state/future-state maps — defining personas, moments of truth, channel touchpoints, and data signals to surface experience gaps and prioritize improvements. - Partner with technology vendors (Braze, Segment, Databricks and others) to maintain platform intelligence and translate vendor roadmaps into client opportunity. - Lead sessions with Client Partners and Solution Architects to help clients understand how to transform their martech investments from SaaS to a consumption model purpose-built to advance client goals. - Build and present executive-ready business cases for martech investments — including ROI modeling, value realization roadmaps, and strategic narratives that translate complex technology into clear action. - Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to VP and C-level stakeholders—anticipating client challenges, identifying where additional Stitch capabilities can solve unmet client needs, partnering with Client Partners to strengthen long-term client relationships. - Participate in QBRs and EBRs to help Client Partners sequence journey investments, technology enablers, and capability-building milestones for clients. - Contribute to Stitch’s internal methodology: creating reusable frameworks, assessment tools, and workshop guides that raise the standard of every client engagement. - Author or contribute to thought leadership—LinkedIn, Webinars, and Braze Events—that position Stitch as the leading voice in modern martech strategy. - Manage your time to meet billable targets of 36+ hours per week. - Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in data-driven marketing strategy, CRM, martech consulting, or digital transformation roles. - Demonstrated track record building and presenting multi-year martech roadmaps to senior stakeholders. - Experience facilitating executive discovery workshops, business prioritization sessions, and strategic planning engagements. - Client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy required. - Net new platform implementation experience preferred: you've contributed to building a lifecycle marketing strategy from the ground up as part of an initial deployment. - Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future. What You’ll Get at Stitch - The opportunity to work within multiple Fortune 1000 brands across the retail, media, gaming, quick-service, financial services, travel, and healthcare industries. - Working alongside the most concentrated group of Braze experts in the world—backed by more Braze credentials and experience than any other company across the globe. - The ability to feel your impact and shape how Stitch grows as we continue to scale through hypergrowth. - The chance to learn new technologies (like Braze, Databricks, and AI) and grow faster than you ever have before. - Of course, we offer competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities, too.
