• Develop and lead a team of sourcing and vendor managers in an integrated model of sourcing, vendor management and category management • Establish and maintain a model of category management through the vendor lifecycle from vendor selection through vendor performance of an active contract • Provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure requirements of vendor agreements are fully understood • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders • Keep abreast of market intelligence as it relates to vendor services • Partner with Business Units to develop and implement strategies around vendor performance • Perform and develop the training plan for vendor performance and category management • Conduct data analytics and reporting activities • Maintain and administer vendor performance database and/or platform • Establish cadence with strategic suppliers for reviewing supplier performance • Monitor execution of sourcing activities within category to achieve identified value and outcomes • Develop the category plan with sourcing leaders • Perform periodical financial and spend reviews to track category performance • Manage, mentor, coach, and develop staff • Conduct performance management activities for direct reports • Perform any other job duties as requested.

• Lead adhesives procurement category responsibilities for NA & EM Segment stakeholders across NA and EMEA • Develop and modify strategies through the strategic sourcing process • Manage negotiations or drive RFx processes for selecting suppliers • Negotiate commercial terms and be responsible for supplier relationship management • Provide risk mitigation strategies for demand management volatility and supply disruptions • Align and influence global and regional strategies according to BU stakeholder needs • Build partnerships with strategic suppliers to bring outside innovation and value creation opportunities
• Lead procurement processes, sourcing strategies, RFP development, supplier negotiations, and cost analysis activities. • Purchase goods, materials, and services while ensuring favorable commercial terms and compliance with company policies. • Prepare and manage purchase orders, pricing agreements, and procurement documentation. • Analyze supplier pricing, financial data, and market trends to support sourcing decisions and cost reduction initiatives. • Develop bid packages and evaluate supplier proposals for new business opportunities. • Monitor supplier and contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and business requirements. • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Program Management to resolve complex supply chain issues. • Proactively identify, mitigate, and minimize supply chain risks to prevent production disruptions. • Manage supplier relationships, expediting deliveries, resolving shortages, and driving continuous performance improvements. • Prepare procurement metrics, presentations, and executive-level reports while supporting audits, recovery plans, leadership reviews, and traveling up to 10–15% as business needs require.
