• Serve as a Portfolio Architect responsible for helping map existing digital and business process, identifying necessary process changes, developing technology roadmaps, and acting as a critical resource to support our transformation journey. • Own one or more business technology portfolios within the Sustainment portfolio (e.g., Aftermarket, MRO), including the relevant strategies, roadmaps, solutions, and applications. • Serve as a senior member of the architecture community, tasked with developing clear portfolio level technical architectures, standards, and strategic technology roadmaps for assigned portfolios within P&W, driving end-to-end visibility of digital technology married to business processes, and driving the value and visibility of P&W’s architecture approach. • Develop and deliver robust architecture guidelines for major initiatives and partner extensively with all P&W stakeholders to ensure that Portfolio Architecture meets company needs. • Provide strong leadership and overall technical direction to technology and business teams and develop and communicate guidance to stakeholders based on enterprise standards. • Demonstrate thought leadership and expertise for platforms (e.g., SLM, SEM), applications, and related business processes within the assigned portfolios. • Serve as Empowered Official • Supervise a team of Global Trade professionals, providing support, guidance, and career growth/development • Develop licensing plans and provide guidance for complex licensing strategy and program planning • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ITAR and EAR Export Authorizations requirements and drafting • Prepare, submit, track, obtain and manage from the U.S. government, all necessary export and import licenses, permits, and certifications – to include Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA), Manufacturing License Agreements (MLAs) and other export license authorization types • Work closely with internal customers to develop export and import approvals that allow for the efficient export of technology, technical data, hardware, and services • Ensure review of the scope of the effort with the applicable functions, stakeholders and the foreign parties prior to submittal • Obtain signed agreements and other required documentations from foreign parties (e.g., DSP-83s, ITAR NDAs, etc.) as applicable • Provide status updates to the programs/stakeholders for awareness • Review approvals to ensure execution and deliverables are considered • Responsible for managing day-to-day execution of agreements and licenses, ensuring compliance for all activities under the agreements and licenses, and Monitor authorizations for any changes effecting the authorizations and taking action upon knowledge of the change • Assure regulatory compliance through review and approval of foreign travel, foreign visits and export and import transactions • Provide day-to-day guidance, training and support to program personnel on export licensing and compliance needs (e.g., releasability, etc.) • Interpret and explain export compliance requirements such as license/TAA provisos, export regulations, and Raytheon export policies and procedures • Contribute to learning and audit assessment programs to ensure implementation and effectiveness of internal controls • Assist in identifying and reporting of compliance concerns and identifying errors/areas requiring improvement and implementing corrective actions to resolve problems • Support management in investigating and resolving compliance matters, audits and investigations • Contribute to key global trade compliance infrastructure elements including people, processes/procedures, automated solutions/tools, training, and metrics

• Conduct internal investigations of matters implicating P&W Global Trade policy or export control and sanctions compliance concerns, including interviewing witnesses, gathering relevant documents, and consulting with subject matter experts across Pratt & Whitney and RTX • In consultation with counsel in the Global Trade Investigations & Disclosures group, research the applicability of U.S. and foreign regulations concerning controlled military and dual-use items, and determine whether a matter constitutes a violation of Global Trade regulations or policies • Maintain evidence in a highly organized fashion and accurately document the resolution of all matters • Support Global Trade Investigations & Disclosures group initiatives and projects, as needed • Continually enhance and improve Pratt & Whitney’s “Speak Up” culture while acting with integrity at all times
