You will be working closely with PMI’s Procurement team members to evaluate suppliers and complete basic tasks associated with procurement needs and ongoing vendor management. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting and evaluating critical information regarding vendors. You should be capable of understanding costs, sourcing and vetting vendors, and presenting deals to all related approvers and decision-makers. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Procurement or Supply Chain. - Understanding of procurement concepts and processes. - Strong experience with MS Office and basic understanding of finance systems (MS Dynamics and Concur preferred). - Understanding of finance business operations. - Experience in an agile and dynamic project-focused environment, with strong attention to detail. - Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills, delivering information in a clear and user-friendly manner. - Adept at gathering and presenting relevant details for escalations. - If experience warrants – ability to hire at a higher level if applicable.
