Role Description Tubi is seeking a Vice President, Associate General Counsel-level attorney to lead our Content Acquisitions Legal team. This role provides legal advice, risk assessment and partnership management to the Content Acquisitions and Partnerships business team, and leads a team of four additional attorneys. You'll work cross-functionally with other Tubi business teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product and Finance, as well as with Fox business and legal teams (e.g., Music and Tax). You'll also partner closely with fellow Tubi Legal subject matter experts on content-related issues including data privacy, digital rights management, IP and sponsorships. The Tubi Legal team is organized into seven vertical subject areas. We're fast-paced, nimble, and work collaboratively on challenging issues while striving to be excellent partners to our fellow Tubies. This position reports to our Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and may be located in our San Francisco, Los Angeles or New York offices, or remotely from any US-based location.
