• Advise on legal matters related to DeFi products. • Provide legal support for non-custodial wallet products. • Support legal issues involving decentralized and unregulated crypto products. • Partner with business stakeholders to provide practical product advice.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of life sciences agreements, including: Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), Clinical Site Agreements (CSAs), Investigator Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements (NDAs/CDAs) • Support contract negotiations with clinical sites, hospitals, investigators, CROs, vendors, and strategic partners • Review and negotiate clinical trial budgets in collaboration with Clinical Operations, Finance, and external sites • Coordinate contract execution and maintain contract records using contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems or other contract repositories • Partner with Legal, Clinical Operations, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Business Development teams to facilitate timely contract execution and study start-up activities • Track contract status, key milestones, amendments, renewals, and deliverables throughout the contract lifecycle

• Conduct workplace investigations involving employee relations matters, including allegations related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other company policy violations. • Investigate complaints involving workplace misconduct, including matters related to Title VII protections, such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. • Interview employees and stakeholders, prepare investigative findings, and partner with HR and Employee Relations teams to support timely resolutions. • Ensure investigations are conducted fairly, thoroughly, and in compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

• Provide support on global trade compliance with a focus on export controls, product classification (ECCN), licensing, and permitting requirements • Analyze and interpret complex trade regulations and apply them to business operations across APAC • Support the regionalization of global trade compliance programs including restricted party screening, customer due diligence, and end-use/end-user reviews • Train, mentor, and support trade compliance personnel across APAC region

• We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Technician to join our team and support a variety of client-facing technology initiatives. • This role focuses on building and maintaining Microsoft 365 Commercial, GCC, and GCC High tenants, executing migration and infrastructure projects, and ensuring ongoing compliance and operational excellence—especially around CMMC-related maintenance activities. • Participate in or lead infrastructure projects such as network builds, workstation migrations, server builds, and tenant reconfigurations. • Support the deployment and configuration of security and compliance solutions across environments. • Assist the Support Department with escalations that require advanced troubleshooting or project-level expertise. • Mentor Tier I and Tier II team members when needed. • Assistance with CMMC/Client On-Boarding, working with clients as tenant is built through implementation phases.
