The Head of Credit will own the strategy, performance, and outcomes of this system end-to-end. This is a senior, management-level role with direct accountability for credit risk outcomes. This individual will be a core thought partner to executive leadership, contributing to company-wide strategy, including product expansion, portfolio scaling, long-term risk management, and capital efficiency.
