• Architect & Scale Full-Stack Services: Design, build, and maintain high performance APIs using Ruby on Rails and robust frontends using React. Ensure exceptional reliability, maintainability, and response times for web, desktop, and mobile clients operating in challenging environments. • Database Engineering: Own the data architecture by driving advanced PostgreSQL data modeling, complex schema migrations, query optimization, and indexing strategies to safely operate production databases at scale. • Modernize Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage and scale containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes, while leveraging Terraform to provision infrastructure as code. Continuously harden and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines to boost developer velocity and system stability. • Drive System Security & Cryptography: Implement zero trust security models, robust authentication/authorization controls, and secure data at rest/in transit encryption strategies. • Manage a team of ~7 QA engineers across 3+ product lines to perform both manual and automated testing as well as release management • Evaluate, implement, and scale AI-driven testing platforms and LLM-assisted workflows (e.g., autonomous API testing, self-healing UI selectors, visual regression models) to automate 70%+ of mechanical testing. • Build, run, and maintain automation using Unity3D (C#) and Playwright (TypeScript). • Define and execute a modern, risk-based quality engineering vision that matches a continuous deployment (CI/CD) paradigm. • Partner with engineers to design test plans for complex, multi-platform features involving rich visual and geospatial data. • Perform end-to-end product testing across Windows, Android, XR, ATAK, and Linux. • Partner with individual QA Leads to mentor other QA engineers in automation techniques, tooling development, and modern QA strategies. • Help define and refine QA processes to ensure consistent, scalable testing across all platforms.

About the Role You will design, build and integrate the data pipelines, protocol bridges, and automated test infrastructure that connect edge sensor and intelligence data into our geospatial platform, Farsight. • Manage the end-to-end administration of federal contracts, with a focus on GSA IDIQ Task Orders, including submission of ASSIST deliverables, modifications, RFP deadlines, and funding status. • Serve as the central coordinator for all contractual documentation, ensuring contract files are complete, organized, and audit-ready. • Facilitate internal coordination between program managers, finance, legal, and technical teams to support timely and compliant contract execution. • Interface with government contracting officers and prime partners to resolve contractual issues and clarify terms as needed. • Will advise management on Contract Administration function structure as the company grows and accepts new IDIQ orders, Federal contracts, Partnerships, and International contracts/agreements. • Support the development of contract structures and teaming agreements aligned with company strategy and federal acquisition practices. • Provide input into pricing strategies, CLIN structures, compliance matrices, and proposal volumes from a contracts perspective. • Support Capture and Proposal development by reviewing solicitation documents (RFPs, RFIs, OTAs, SBIRs, etc.) to identify contractual risks, flow-down clauses, and special requirements. • Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions by advising on contractual feasibility, risk, and alignment with Reveal’s contracting posture. • Maintain structured processes to ensure compliance with U.S. government regulations, including ITAR, FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific requirements. • Work with technical decision makers to ensure Reveal’s cybersecurity compliance posture, including process creation and tracking status of NIST SP 800-171, CMMC readiness, and cATO-related deliverables. • Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure ongoing attention to evolving compliance requirements, even when deep subject-matter expertise resides elsewhere. • Ensure contract files include up-to-date compliance documents (NDAs, representations & certifications, flowdowns, etc.)
