We're launching into a new vertical, and we're hiring our founding Account Executive to lead the charge. This is a 0-to-1 role — not just closing deals, but helping build the playbook from scratch as we break into a brand-new market for the first time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-market ambiguity, wants real ownership, and is excited to help shape how we sell into a new segment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where execution, curiosity, and grit matter. What You'll Do - Own the full sales cycle: qualify, discover, and close new SMB customers in the new vertical. - Proactively prospect and engage dental practices to drive new client acquisition. - Serve as a founding voice in shaping the sales motion, messaging, positioning, and processes for this vertical. - Build and iterate on the playbook in real time — what you figure out becomes the foundation for every AE who comes next. - Consistently track activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce, and help define what "good" looks like in the data. - Become a student of dentistry and an expert in the product and value proposition. - Partner closely with senior sales leadership to hit revenue targets and refine KPIs. - Feed learnings back into product, marketing, and GTM strategy — you're on the front lines and your voice will shape the roadmap. - Operate with urgency, accountability, and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environment. Qualifications - 4+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years owning a full-cycle closing role. - Experience launching a new vertical, new market, or new product — you've been the first or among the first AEs in a seat before and know what it takes to build from nothing. - Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment strongly preferred. - Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited structure and resources — you write the playbook as you go. - Strong organizational skills and disciplined pipeline management. - High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRMs. - Demonstrated track record of professional success. Bonus Points For - Experience building a founding sales motion at an early-stage company or newly-acquired business unit. - Background in healthcare, dental, or adjacent verticals. - Outstanding professional references to share. - Love of blitz growth environments. - Relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and the ability to have fun at work. Benefits - Comprehensive and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate. - Local benefits packages typically include healthcare, dental, mental health support, parental planning resources, retirement savings options, and generous paid time off.
