• Lead the development and execution of the company’s enterprise financial strategy, aligning long-range planning with organizational goals and growth priorities. • Own the company’s long-range financial model, including scenario planning to inform capital allocation, growth investments, and strategic tradeoffs. • Partner with the CFO and executive leadership team to translate strategy into measurable financial outcomes. • Establish and lead the enterprise performance management framework, including KPIs, reporting, and operating rhythms. • Provide insight into business performance, identifying risks and opportunities across markets, service lines, and contracts. • Serve as a thought partner to the CFO and senior leadership team on key business decisions, including growth initiatives, market expansion, and partnerships. • Support capital planning efforts, including investor materials, Board reporting, and financial narrative development. • Build and lead a high-performing finance team across FP&A and field finance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with significant exposure to FP&A and strategic finance
- Proven experience operating as a senior finance leader in a high-growth, complex environment (healthcare or value-based care strongly preferred)
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, long-range planning, and scenario analysis
- Experience supporting capital strategy, investor engagement, or M&A
- Experience supporting executive-level and Board-level decision-making through analysis, modeling, and insights
- Experience in value-based care, risk-based contracting or alternative payment models preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to operational strategy
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams and scalable finance functions.

• The overall function of the Senior Financial Analyst role is the collaboration with managers, directors, and senior leadership on monthly productivity and remediation of variances. • Responsible for month end closing cycle, including reviewing financial information, journal entries, and reviewing for accuracy. • Maintain and report management systems, reviewing all financial data for accuracy. • Maintains various departmental statistical and financial data. • Projects may include evaluation of the financial impact of new programs, formulating financial forecasts and modeling, preparing projections for new building projects, rate analysis, and other projects.
• Develop and maintain dynamic, driver-based financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, cash forecasting, and long-range strategic planning • Own the budgeting and forecasting process for headcount expenses - the largest expense category for the Company • Oversee and evolve Garner’s job architecture and commensurate compensation programs (cash, equity incentive plans, bonus/commission structures, etc.) • Own bi-annual compensation planning cycles • Own the design and administration of healthcare benefits, ancillary benefits, 401k plan, and perks
