Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality & Clinical Governance Lead to shape and oversee the development of a scalable, high-quality clinical governance framework across our markets. This role will ensure that our telehealth services operate safely, compliantly, and efficiently within diverse and evolving regulatory environments.
As HeliosX continues to scale, this role will focus on building and maintaining robust, adaptable governance processes that can be applied across regions while respecting local regulatory requirements and clinical practices. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with regional clinical and operational leaders to strengthen quality, support consistency, and enable continuous improvement.
Clinical Quality and Governance

Develop and evolve a clinical governance framework, including core policies, standards, and oversight structures that can be adapted locally across markets.

Design and implement quality monitoring programs (e.g., escalation pathways, chart audits, peer review processes, clinical performance reviews) in partnership with regional teams.

Establish and track key clinical quality metrics, supporting consistent reporting and benchmarking across markets.

Promote adherence to clinical SOPs, documentation standards, and care pathways, with flexibility for local regulatory requirements.

Identify areas of risk and partner with local teams to lead quality improvement initiatives.
Regulatory and Compliance Oversight

Monitor and interpret telehealth regulations across markets, identifying themes, risks, and opportunities for standardization.

Provide guidance on regulatory considerations related to telehealth delivery models and prescribing practices.

Support compliance with applicable regulations related to compounded medications and prescribing, working closely with regional experts.

Ensure alignment with relevant corporate and clinical governance structures (e.g., MSO/PC).

Partner with legal and compliance teams to assess regulatory risk and support mitigation strategies across regions.
Operational Collaboration

Partner with operations and clinical leadership to monitor clinical productivity, workflow efficiency, and quality outcomes.

Provide input into clinical workflow design to ensure quality and compliance considerations are embedded from the outset.

Support incident review processes and ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation.

Contribute to cross-functional initiatives related to clinical scaling, new market entry, and service expansion.
Continuous Improvement and Reporting

Develop dashboards and reporting structures to track quality, compliance, and performance metrics across markets.

Provide regular updates to leadership on quality trends, risks, and improvement initiatives.

Lead or support root cause analyses and corrective action planning in collaboration with regional teams.

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
