• Attend all squad ceremonies - sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review, retrospective. • Define acceptance criteria with the Product Owner before each sprint. • Write and maintain automated test suites for your squad's domain - unit, integration, E2E as appropriate. • Own the squad's Definition of Done quality gate. • Define and maintain QA standards for the function. • Onboard new QA engineers into the chapter. • Run the monthly QA Guild with the counterpart Chapter Lead from the other engineering function. • Own the automation framework selection and evolution. • Report to the Head of Engineering on QA chapter health.

• Develop and execute test cases based on functional requirements. • Document and record test results. • Identify, track, and validate software defects. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure product quality. • Participate in requirement analysis and elicitation meetings.

• Planejar e executar testes funcionais, regressivos, exploratórios, integrados e de aceitação; • Elaborar cenários e casos de teste com base nos requisitos de negócio e técnicos; • Desenvolver e manter scripts de automação de testes utilizando Selenium; • Validar integrações entre sistemas, APIs e aplicações web; • Identificar, registrar, acompanhar e validar a correção de defeitos; • Participar das cerimônias ágeis (Planning, Daily, Review e Retrospective); • Trabalhar em conjunto com desenvolvedores, Product Owners e demais stakeholders para garantir a qualidade das entregas; • Apoiar na definição e evolução da estratégia de testes e das melhores práticas de QA; • Executar testes de regressão antes das implantações em produção; • Produzir documentação técnica relacionada aos testes e manter evidências das validações realizadas; • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e da cobertura de testes automatizados.
