Role Description As a Trusted Talent Advisor, you will serve as a strategic and execution-focused Senior Technical Lead Recruiter supporting critical hiring needs across technical and leadership roles. This position plays a key role in shaping and delivering hiring outcomes through data-driven recruiting strategies, strong partnership with business leaders, and the adoption of AI-enabled hiring practices. You will influence hiring decisions, guide stakeholders, and drive best-in-class talent outcomes across your assigned organizations. - Partner with hiring managers to clearly define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy aligned to business priorities - Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination - Act as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and data-driven hiring recommendations - Lead and successfully execute complex hiring initiatives, including high-volume or niche hiring ramp situations across multiple roles, functions, and locations - Support senior-level searches (Director through Executive level), partnering closely with business leaders to define and deliver leadership hiring strategies - Leverage Microsoft Copilot AI and other approved AI tools in day-to-day recruiting activities to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience - Coach and enable hiring managers on effective use of AI tools in the hiring process, including creating compelling job descriptions, structured interview guides, and evaluation frameworks - Develop and maintain high-quality, inclusive, and competitive job descriptions aligned to company standards and compliance requirements - Partner cross-functionally with Business HR and business leaders to align on hiring plans and talent strategies - Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates) to continuously improve outcomes - Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and data privacy standards Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience - 10+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR role - Proven ability to successfully support senior-level searches (Director through Executive level) - Proven track record leading and delivering successful hiring ramp initiatives across multiple roles and stakeholders - Proven ability to manage high volume (20-40 job reqs) full-cycle recruiting across technical and/or business functions, IE. Hardware, Software, RF/Wireless, Manufacturing skills areas - High established level of technical sourcing expertise - Exceptional candidate closing skills and experience - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills - Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot preferred) to improve Recruiter and Hiring Team speed and productivity - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, compelling job postings and candidate messaging - Experience recruiting in high-tech environments, including hardware, software, RF/wireless and Semiconductor engineering domains - Experience supporting semiconductor and/or fabrication (Fab) related technical hiring - Experience training or coaching hiring teams on adopting AI tools in workflows - Familiarity with ATS platforms such as iCIMS and data-driven recruiting practices - Preferred location is Santa Rosa, CA.
