• Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team to work on various Guidewire implementation projects for our customers across the globe.

• We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Azure AI services . • The role involves designing and deploying advanced AI solutions leveraging AI-ML, Generative AI, agentic AI , while providing leadership in solution design and best practices.

• Develop and implement data pipelines (batch and streaming) using Dataflow (Apache Beam) • Design and optimize BigQuery-based data warehouses and data marts • Work on data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) using GCP services • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into scalable data solutions • Ensure data quality, performance, and cost optimization across GCP workloads • Support data modeling activities (dimensional and normalized models) • Assist in solution design and architecture discussions • Troubleshoot pipeline performance issues and optimize processing • Contribute to CI/CD and deployment automation for data pipelines • Work within agile teams and support sprint-based delivery

• Understand and analyze end-to-end pharmacy workflows including retail, mail-order, and specialty pharmacy. • Support formulary management, prior authorization, and utilization review processes. • Apply knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) models, benefit design, and rebate structures. • Analyze medication utilization patterns, cost trends, and adherence metrics. • Support specialty drug management programs and medication safety initiatives. • Collaborate with pharmacists, medical teams, operations, and technology stakeholders. • Align pharmacy processes with clinical, financial, and regulatory requirements. • Contribute to consulting deliverables including workflow documentation, analysis, and recommendations.

• Translate healthcare business problems into AI-enabled use cases suitable for agent-based automation. • Design and implement AI/LLM-driven agents to support clinical and operational workflows. • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business SMEs to map workflows and identify automation opportunities. • Apply LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration techniques. • Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI and adherence to responsible AI and data privacy standards. • Partner with data engineering, platform, and architecture teams to integrate AI agents into healthcare systems. • Support development of AI-enabled clinical and operational decision-support tools. • Document solution designs, AI workflows, risks, and implementation guidelines.

• Define and own DC Connect network architecture for EY Data Centers and Data Rooms globally • Own and maintain all logical, physical, and end-to-end connectivity diagrams • Establish and enforce network architecture standards, design patterns, and documentation • Provide architectural governance and design assurance for all DC Connect changes delivered by Kyndryl • Review and approve network designs to ensure alignment with resiliency, security, and audit requirements • Act as the single point of architectural accountability for DC Connect, reducing ambiguity and operational risk • Collaborate with Platform Infrastructure, Security, and operations teams to ensure designs are practical, supportable, and compliant • Maintain intentional scope focus, excluding WAN, end-user networking, and non–data center domains

• Analyzing market data to identify opportunities • Collaborating with sales teams to develop effective territory strategies • Ensuring accurate quota assignments • Assessing performance metrics and providing actionable insights

• Work collaboratively with other team members to find creative and practical solutions to customers’ challenges and needs • Manage and administration of SOAR platforms • Use Phantom platform to enable automation and orchestration on various tools and technologies • Assist in developing high-quality technical content such as automation scripts/tools, reference architectures, and white papers • Partner with security operations teams, threat intelligence groups and incident responders • Creation of reusable and efficient Python-based Playbooks
