• Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant - Primary objective includes design, implementation, configuration, build, test activities in Oracle Cloud engagement. • Involved in delivery and execution of large/strategic Oracle Cloud transformation engagements. • 2-3 full lifecycle implementation or support experience on PCMCS. • Good understanding on PCMCS security, Data Management (FDMEE), Reports design, Dashboards creation, Analysis view and Profit curves. • Good understanding of data validations and reporting capabilities. • Design PCMCS application structure. • Create and maintain dimensions (Cost Center, Product, Channel, etc.). • Design Standard and Custom Profitability models, develop allocation, driver-based, and staged rules, Define and implement business drivers. • Build inbound integrations from ERP and data sources. • Design input and driver maintenance forms. • Develop rule execution automation and scheduling. • Implement current profitability scenario. • Excellent customer-facing skills, should be able to coordinate with business users, internal and external team members, guidance on resolving technical and functional issues.

• Support integration ecosystems across UKG and Infor CloudSuite Financials • Ensure secure, reliable, and SLA-driven integration operations • Contribute to incident resolution and integration enhancements • Provide L2/L3 support for integrations and middleware platforms • Monitor and troubleshoot interface failures and data transmission errors • Manage and maintain API integrations and file-based integrations • Support end-to-end data flows across HR, Payroll, Finance, Banking, and EHR systems • Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and error handling across systems • Maintain integration documentation and operational procedures • Identify opportunities for automation and integration optimization

• Manage end-to-end document lifecycle (ingestion, validation, transformation, routing, archival) • Execute and support flat-file integrations (CSV, fixed-width, XML, JSON) via SFTP and batch processing • Monitor and troubleshoot file-based interfaces, job failures, and data mismatches • Perform data transformation, mapping, and validation across systems • Support API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and Infor ION document flows • Assist in ETL pipelines and batch data processing workflows • Investigate and resolve interface issues, data errors, and integration failures • Maintain document repositories, audit trails, integration logs, and runbooks • Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and accuracy across document and system flows • Adhere to data security and compliance standards (PII/PHI handling)

• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP applications using Core ABAP and S/4HANA development techniques. • Develop and enhance RAP-based applications, including Business Objects, Behavior Definitions, Service Definitions, and OData services. • Create optimized CDS Views, CDS View Entities, annotations, and associations for reporting and transactional applications. • Build and enhance reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and conversions using ABAP. • Develop APIs and integrations using OData, REST, SOAP, and other SAP integration technologies. • Work with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Perform performance tuning and code optimization using SAP best practices and HANA-optimized techniques. • Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and quality assurance activities. • Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and provide timely resolutions. • Prepare technical specifications and maintain development documentation.

• Design, build, and configure integration flows (iFlows) on SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) • Develop and support integrations using OData, RFC, SOAP, REST, SFTP, Proxy, and IDoc adapters • Handle API Integration — design, development, testing, and lifecycle management of APIs • Create and manage Destinations (Cloud Connector, Destination Service) for on-premise to cloud connectivity • Design message mappings, content-based routing, and value mappings within iFlows • Implement security artifacts (certificates, credentials, OAuth, Basic Auth) for secure communication • Monitor integration flows, troubleshoot errors, and ensure high availability of interfaces • Collaborate with Basis team for landscape setup, connectivity, and performance tuning • Lead troubleshooting of complex/critical production issues, root cause analysis, and long-term fixes

• Provide L2/L3 support for UKG HRSD modules (case management, knowledge base, employee service portal) • Manage and resolve HR cases, service requests, and escalations in line with defined SLAs • Configure and maintain HR forms, workflows, and approval processes • Create, update, and govern knowledge articles to improve self-service and case deflection • Monitor and improve HR service delivery metrics (case volumes, resolution time, backlog) • Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance (PII/PHI handling) • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to streamline end-to-end HR processes • Support integration touchpoints with HRIS and downstream systems • Participate in transition, knowledge transfer, and documentation uplift from incumbent vendor • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, HR teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors. • Lead design workshops to map client HR needs to the SAP SuccessFactors framework. • Build and configure HR modules like Recruiting, Learning (LMS), or Compensation. • Create test scenarios and ensure the system functions correctly before the go-live phase. • Manage day-to-day operations, including role-based permissions, data audits, and user access. • Test and enable new features during bi-annual system releases. • Act as the primary liaison between internal HR stakeholders and external tech support.

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion General Ledger including chart of accounts, accounting periods, journal entries, and financial close processes. • Support configuration and maintenance of ledger sets, accounting calendars, and intercompany transactions. • Troubleshoot issues related to journal import, subledger accounting (SLA) rules, and financial reporting. • Assist users with period-end close activities and account reconciliation processes. • Support end-to-end AP processes including invoice processing, payment runs, supplier management, and withholding tax. • Troubleshoot invoice validation errors, holds, and approval workflow issues. • Provide support for AR processes including customer invoicing, receipts, credit memos, and adjustments. • Support bank statement import, reconciliation, and cash positioning activities. • Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections including strategy management, work queues, and dunning letters. • Manage and resolve Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs) and coordinate with Oracle for issue resolution. • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring functional issues and recommend permanent fixes. • Perform functional testing for patches, upgrades, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates. • Create and maintain detailed functional documentation including configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.

• This is a remote position. • Oracle Fusion AP, Purchasing Module – Person should have 7-10 Years experience as a Functional Consultant in P2P cycle in Oracle Fusion. • Person should have worked on BIP and OTBI reports and have hands on experience in Creating new Integrations in AP and PO modules. • Should have good Communication. • Should know end to end in P2P cycle and have knowledge of SLA customization and Transaction Account Builder to create Charge accounts. • Should be a good Team player and work closely with Tech developer for enhancements / BIP report development / debugging issues. • Ideal candidate should have experience in Supporting Tickets in JIRA/ ServiceNow.
