Role Description
Our client, a renowned company in the fintech industry, is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Development & Architecture Lead to join their team remotely. The Senior Salesforce Development & Architecture Lead will define the Salesforce platform's technical strategy, architecture, and development direction, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that support critical business operations. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural oversight, mentoring development teams, and collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.

Define and drive Salesforce architecture standards, development best practices, governance, and coding guidelines.

Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Design and oversee integrations with payment platforms, core banking systems, enterprise applications, and microservices using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance in a high-volume fintech environment.

Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance.

Establish and enforce Salesforce security architecture, data access models, and compliance with industry best practices.

Lead troubleshooting of complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.

Drive Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.

Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with the organization's technology strategy.

Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies to continuously improve the platform.

Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration documentation.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

8–10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including solution architecture and technical leadership.

Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and platform customization.

Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, governor limits, and performance optimization.

Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, asynchronous processing, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.

Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications (e.g., payment platforms, banking systems, or ERP solutions) is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Demonstrated experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving architectural decisions.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

English required; Arabic is a plus.
