• Own a BoB of up to 50 accounts (high-touch), representing ~$4M in total annual Google Workspace spend. • Drive contract renewals end-to-end, including multi-year Google Workspace agreements and Google product expansions. • Develop and maintain executive relationships at the Director, VP, and C-Suite level across your accounts. • Segment your portfolio by churn risk, growth potential, and strategic value — adjusting your cadence accordingly. • Maintain a target Net Revenue Retention (NRR) of ≥110% and < 8% churn rate annually across your BoB. • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities including Gemini Enterprise, additional Google Workspace SKUs, and Google Cloud services. • Lead a Solutions team and collaborate with Sales to develop account expansion plans tied to QBRs and annual reviews. • Drive product adoption across Google Workspace, monitoring usage signals to intervene proactively with at-risk accounts. • Build educational materials, training sessions, and adoption playbooks for Gemini and Workspace best practices. • Coach and delegate tactical/low-touch account management to your Solutions team, freeing your capacity for strategic high-touch work.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and SMS/text messaging • Assist customers with scheduling, account updates, service questions, billing inquiries, and order status updates • Resolve Tier 1 customer concerns promptly and professionally • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary • Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism during all customer interactions • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and messages regarding appointments, service confirmations, and issue resolution • Respond to customer inquiries within established response time standards • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding company services, pricing, policies, and procedures • Accurately document customer interactions and updates within company systems and CRM platforms • Maintain organized records of customer issues and resolutions • Follow established workflows, scripts, and service protocols • Work closely with operations, logistics, sales, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training • Support company goals related to customer satisfaction, SLA, and sales conversion

• Own end-to-end monitoring and alerting for critical platform components using Datadog, Application Insights, and Grafana. • Define and track SLOs/SLIs and drive proactive incident prevention. • Triage and resolve day-to-day DevOps tickets through scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI) to reduce operational toil and accelerate engineering velocity. • Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure using Terraform. • Build reusable modules and enforce infrastructure best practices across test and production environments. • Lead incident response, conduct blameless post-mortems, and implement follow-up actions to prevent recurrence. • Partner with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, reducing deployment risk and streamlining delivery. • Support SOC-2 compliant infrastructure design, assist with security hardening, vulnerability management, and regulatory requirements. • Monitor industry trends — especially around AI-assisted operations — and evaluate new tools to continuously improve infrastructure reliability and performance.

• Own and evolve the core platform repository — the central Python package implementing our modular agent architecture across orchestration, tools, state, retrieval, configuration, and extensibility layers. • Design and maintain customer configuration schemas including versioning metadata, lineage tracking, and component provenance fields aligned with our IP strategy. • Implement backward-compatible schema extensions and ensure all active customer deployments upgrade without breaking changes. • Enforce schema validation at all node inputs/outputs to prevent data drift across multi-tenant environments. • Build and maintain cross-client isolation across customer configuration, persistent state, and RAG pipelines.

• As the Customer Implementation & Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring a seamless onboarding and implementation experience. • You will coordinate across teams —working with customers, internal business leaders, and engineers to translate business needs into clear implementation steps. • This is a high-impact role where you will own end-to-end implementations, from onboarding to UAT and final deployment. • Post-implementation, you will drive customer success efforts, ensuring customers fully adopt EasyBee AI’s solutions and continue to see value. • Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to craft messaging that drives demand.
