Requirements - Total Experience: 6+ years. - Experience in SAP delivery, with at least two SAP implementations. - Responsible for implementing and managing SAP solutions remotely for businesses. - MM functional expert in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP MM module. - Subject matter expert for SAP MM module, including design, configuration, and testing of the system. - Experience with end-to-end implementation of SAP MM modules. - Knowledge in SAP SRM, WM, QM, MDG, DMS, and RMS. - SAP S4 HANA work experience. - Ability to configure and customize SAP MM module to meet business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues (L3 support) related to SAP MM module.

• The Customer Growth Partner (CGP) owns the overall client engagement and serves as the primary contact for the client relationship • Drives account expansion and diversification across stakeholders, LoBs, and other BUs • Aligns account objectives to BU strategy in collaboration with BU / LoBs and KAM (Key Account Management) leadership • Is accountable for account budgeting and financials across Project BUs and LoBs, consolidating inputs and steering toward targets • Maintains forecast accuracy by consolidating and updating account-level revenue/margin inputs according to the account-management cadence • Oversees account-wide legal and contractual aspects such as MSAs, NDAs, and Rate Cards, ensuring consistency across engagements • Executes and continuously improves account governance and management discipline via defined processes/frameworks and reporting cadence • Contributes to regular governance reviews of process implementation consistency, performance vs objectives, RAG (red-amber-green) status, and corrective actions • Coordinates across LoBs/BUs so client messaging, pricing, and governance are consistent, while LoBs owns specialized delivery (CCS – Custodian of Customer Success driven) and SOW execution within the scope • Enables a seamless client experience by connecting the right internal stakeholders and ensuring alignment between relationship goals and delivery execution

• Act as a functional SME responsible for analyzing business requirements, mapping them to Temenos capabilities, configuring products, and supporting end-to-end core banking implementations • Lead business requirement gathering workshops with bank stakeholders • Provide functional solution design aligned with Temenos best practices • Participate in end-to-end Temenos Transact implementation projects including requirement analysis and product configuration • Work closely with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams
