Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Agentforce to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI agent solutions using Salesforce Agentforce. This role requires deep expertise in Agentforce architecture, Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and executive leadership to identify AI use cases, define solution architectures, and drive successful Agentforce implementations across complex enterprise environments.
