The Senior Salesforce Development & Architecture Lead will define the Salesforce platform's technical strategy, architecture, and development direction, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that support critical business operations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8–10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including solution architecture and technical leadership. - Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and platform customization. - Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, governor limits, and performance optimization. - Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, asynchronous processing, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns. - Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications (e.g., payment platforms, banking systems, or ERP solutions) is highly preferred. - Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. - Demonstrated experience leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving architectural decisions. - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) are highly preferred. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - English required; Arabic is a plus.
