Senior Staff Engineer, CRM Salesforce – Loyalty Cloud

• Write, review, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable Salesforce code • Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce • Build and manage scalable workflows, Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules • Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications • Develop optimized Apex solutions with a strong focus on bulkification and performance optimization • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams • Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best-fit technical approaches • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards • Mentor junior Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Job Requirements

  • Total Experience 8+
  • Strong hands-on experience working on the Salesforce platform
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty
  • Working knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Extensive experience designing and developing Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Strong expertise in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Controllers, asynchronous Apex
  • Strong proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce declarative development
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST APIs and SOAP Web Services
  • Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and security model
  • Experience customizing Salesforce using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and modern ecosystem capabilities is a plus
