People and Culture Administrator

• Conduct reference checks and background check coordination. • Prepare offer letters and employment documentation. • Maintain recruiting reports and hiring metrics. • Support recruiting events and employer branding initiatives. • Prepare new hire documentation and ensure compliance requirements are completed. • Schedule orientation sessions and new employee introductions. • Coordinate equipment requests and system access with IT. • Manage employee offboarding, exit documentation, and asset recovery. • Maintain employee records within the HRIS. • Process employee status changes including promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations. • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries. • Prepare employment verification letters and other HR documents. • Monitor completion of required training and policy acknowledgments. • Support payroll by ensuring employee information is accurate and submitted on time. • Assist with employee recognition programs. • Coordinate company meetings, celebrations, and engagement activities. • Support internal communications and company announcements. • Help administer employee surveys and compile feedback. • Promote company culture and core values through daily interactions. • Maintain confidential personnel files. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment requirements. • Assist with audits and reporting. • Update HR policies, procedures, and templates as directed. • Maintain accurate documentation and records. • Prepare recurring HR metrics and reports. • Assist leadership with special projects. • Create presentations, spreadsheets, and documentation. • Manage departmental calendars and scheduling. • Provide general administrative support for the People & Culture team.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of Human Resources, Recruiting, People Operations, or Administrative experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable learning new technology platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience using an HRIS (BambooHR, Paylocity, UKG, ADP, Rippling, or similar).
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred but not required).

Role Description Reporting to the VP, People Operations, the Associate People Operations Director delivers best practices and business-focused solutions for people-related initiatives across multiple departments, teams and markets within the organization.
