Position: Compliance Coordinator Location: Remote or On-site (serving operations across all 50 states and Canada) Reports To: Sr. Manager of Compliance Position Overview The Compliance Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the Compliance team of a dynamic, multi-site veterinary services company. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the Compliance ticketing system, ensuring that routine inquiries are answered promptly and that more complex matters are assigned to the appropriate specialists. The Compliance Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of compliance processes across both U.S. and Canadian sites. This position will contribute to the development and maintenance of a best-in-class compliance program, guided by the principles outlined in the Department of Justice (DOJ) sentencing guidelines. The Coordinator will help reinforce the company's commitment to regulatory excellence, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement, striving to meet and exceed industry standards. As a member of the Finance / Accounting Team, the Senior Accountant is primarily responsible for performing various accounting functions, financial analysis, and other ad-hoc tasks to support management.
