• As the People Manager, you play a critical role in shaping the employee experience at Western Computer. • You lead key people programs, support our team’s operational excellence, and serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers. • From onboarding and compliance to benefits support and employee engagement, you help ensure our people feel supported, heard, and empowered. • Assist in developing and implementing People strategies that foster a high-performance culture and support business growth. • Implement and ensure compliance with Western’s People policies and procedures, communicating clearly and consistently across the organization. • Maintain accurate employee records in TriNet and other platforms. • Produce and analyze people metrics including headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, engagement, and training completion. • Handle complex employee relations cases and apply our policies consistently and fairly. • Partner with the Director of People to administer compensation programs, salary reviews, promotions, and market-based pay practices. • Oversee semi-monthly and off-cycle payroll processing in partnership with TriNet.
• Develop schedules and timelines for multiple project work streams inclusive of key deliverables and milestones • Review and release time for project tasks to ensure timely completion • Maintain SharePoint project documents including but not limited to: Task Tracker Recordings Customer Provided Files • Assist in the initial preparation of project documents such as: Project Status Report Change Requests • Prepare budget and timeline data for review with Project Manager • Create schedules to ensure deadlines are met • Coordinate meeting schedules, manage recordings, and compile meeting notes • Follow up on customer deliverables and approvals to ensure project progression • Monitor and follow up on internal project deliverables including: Fit/Gap Analysis Functional Design Documents (FDDs) Setup & Configuration Application Development and Operations (ADO) Tasks Planner & SharePoint Tasks • Administrative task coordination including execution of document deliverables.

• The BC/NAV Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. • Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements, configure the system, develop custom solutions, and integrate Business Central with other enterprise applications. • Design, develop, and maintain custom modules and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex NAV and Business Central solutions. • Develop and support integrations between Business Central and third-party systems. • Implement workflow automation and business logic through high-quality AL code. • Participate in and lead code reviews, technical analysis, and solution design discussions.

• The BC Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing and ensuring solution integrity for implementation projects involving Business Central, coordinating consultant teams, and providing invaluable advice to customers regarding business system design and implementation. • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead and assist with the development and design of end-to-end processes for BC solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional design documents and configuration specifications. • Implementation & Deployment: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of functional consultants on the implementation of BC solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems. Ensure smooth deployment of solutions by coordinating with project teams, managing timelines, and addressing technical challenges. • Technology Integrations: Oversee the integration of BC systems with other enterprise applications Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems. • Project Management: Collaborate with Project Managers to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of solutions within scope. • Lead customer-facing AI and intelligent automation engagements, including discovery, scoping, solution design, and delivery of Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate flows, and AI Builder solutions for Microsoft Business Central customers, with F&SCM and CE adjacencies. • Design and build in-product agents using Microsoft’s Copilot Studio agent toolkit, including connecting Microsoft Copilot and Claude to Business Central data and workflows. • Build intelligent automation across business processes using Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, AI Builder for document and form intelligence, and Dataverse-backed solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery. • Support Sales and Pre-Sales on AI-related customer requests, including demos, discovery workshops, scoping calls, and SOW input. • Operationalize Western Computer’s AI go-to-market by helping to productize, package, and launch the AI and automation service offerings on our 2026 roadmap. • Run Western Computer as Customer Zero by building internal agents and automations that improve our own delivery, support, and operations. The internal work becomes the reference architecture for the customer work. • Champion AI and automation adoption across the BC, F&SCM, and CE practices through enablement, training, and reusable templates. • Stay current on Microsoft’s Agentic AI roadmap (certifications, product releases, and partner motions) and translate that into what Western Computer should do next.
• Support the Marketing team in driving pipeline through disciplined campaign execution, lead tracking, and performance reporting aligned to OKRs and revenue goals. • Own end-to-end campaign execution including setup, scheduling, testing, and monitoring of multi-series email campaigns and automated nurture workflows in HubSpot. • Manage the publishing and scheduling of blog articles and content across the company website and 3rd-party platforms, maintaining consistency in formatting, SEO best practices, and brand standards. • Manage Western Computer’s social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X including content scheduling, community monitoring, Social Toaster setup and management, and performance reporting. • Build and maintain AI-powered Skills and Agents to automate repetitive marketing tasks; take ownership of ongoing management, iteration, and optimization of those tools over time. • Assist with event and conference logistics including graphic ordering, branded swag coordination, and shipping support. • Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates, bringing new ideas and efficiencies to the team.
• The BC Senior Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) implementation and related projects. • Ensure that the scope, resources and budget constraints are balanced. • Create the project management plan and coordinate with the project Solution Architect. • Monitor the project budget and hours allocations, making any adjustments as needed. • Organize and facilitate project committee meetings and client meetings. • Manage issues and escalations on projects, always demonstrating empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
• The BC Sr. Consultant plays a large role in assessing customer needs, configuring Dynamics 365 BC to meet those needs, training end-users, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimized performance • Collaborate with Clients and work directly with clients’ teams to understand their unique business needs and pain points • Gather requirements to craft solutions to pain points • Configure ERP systems with respect to focus area • Work with applicable parties to ensure customer tickets get addressed in a specified amount of time • Provide dedicated client support for design issues and guide the remediation efforts • Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and optimize system performance • Mentor other consultants and provide knowledge and guidance on best practices • Continuously monitor updates and new features in BC and areas of focus • Work with other consultants and departments to ensure seamless integration across all business functions
