Role Description Estamos acompañando a una empresa tecnológica en pleno crecimiento internacional en la búsqueda de su próximo/a Head of People. Buscamos una persona que quiera sentarse en la mesa donde se toman las decisiones y liderar la estrategia de personas de una organización con equipos distribuidos en distintos países. - Diseñar e implementar la estrategia integral de People. - Liderar Talent Acquisition, Performance, Cultura y Employee Experience. - Acompañar a líderes en el desarrollo de sus equipos. - Impulsar People Analytics para la toma de decisiones. - Incorporar herramientas de IA y automatización a los procesos de Recursos Humanos. Qualifications - Más de 7 años de experiencia en People, con al menos 3 liderando equipos. - Trayectoria en empresas de tecnología, startups o scaleups. - Experiencia trabajando con equipos distribuidos internacionalmente. - Visión estratégica, orientación a datos y capacidad de ejecución. - Interés por la innovación y el uso de IA aplicada a RRHH. • Triage & troubleshooting: Receive, manage, and respond to alerts, calls, and trouble tickets. • Customer collaboration: Work directly with customers on calls and screen-sharing sessions, diagnose issues, and provide clear action plans that put them at ease. • Critical response: Respond to critical issues 24x7x365 as part of an on-call rotation. • Automation: Automate the collection of backup system health, backup and recovery jobs, and general environment status; streamline repeatable tasks. • Monitoring & resolution: Monitor backup systems and performance, identify issues that need attention, troubleshoot, and resolve, including on the source systems being backed up. • Root cause analysis: Troubleshoot outages and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. • Security & compliance: Configure access using a least-privileged approach, audit, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. • Upgrades: Communicate upgrade and rollback plans, and execute upgrades. • Documentation: Maintain an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

• Analyze consumer, retail, and market research datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. • Calculate and interpret key business metrics such as market share, household penetration, brand awareness, and purchasing behavior. • Maintain and update recurring reports, trackers, and data tables. • Create charts, summaries, and presentations that communicate findings in a clear and actionable way. • Review data outputs and validate calculations to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Identify meaningful insights and translate complex data into business recommendations. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams in English-speaking environments. • Support client-facing and internal initiatives by delivering high-quality analysis and reporting.

• Extract, query, and manipulate data using SQL from relational databases and cloud data warehouses. • Analyze large transactional and consumer datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. • Build and maintain structured datasets that support recurring reports and business analyses. • Calculate key business metrics such as household penetration, market share, purchasing behavior, and category trends. • Work with raw and semi-structured data, cleaning and categorizing information as needed. • Validate data outputs and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting needs and answer business questions through data. • Translate complex datasets into clear findings and recommendations.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of large-scale backend applications. • Ensure code quality and support your teammates in maintaining strong engineering standards. • Build reliable and fault-tolerant systems using message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.) and implement best practices for scalability and resilience. • Improve system scalability, reliability, and architectural clarity through thoughtful design and optimization.

• Maintain and evolve the platform • Investigate and fix production issues • Work with complex SQL scripts and stored procedures • Investigate data inconsistencies and business rules • Provide operational technical support related to dashboards and data processing • Work with integrations and asynchronous workflows • Participate in troubleshooting and performance analysis • Adjust backend features and business rules • Help improve internal automations and platform workflows

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale software initiatives. • Drive architecture and technical decisions across multiple teams. • Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend systems. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership stakeholders. • Mentor engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and best practices. • Improve system performance, reliability, and operational excellence. • Help define engineering standards and contribute to technical strategy.

• Execute and optimize SEO and AI search (AEO/GEO) strategies • Perform localized CRO analysis and partner with CRO and web development teams to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates • Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify growth opportunities • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices (metadata, internal linking, site performance, structured data) • Monitor performance using tools such as Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, and analytics platforms

• Design, build, and maintain internal application security tooling and automation, with a strong emphasis on scalable, code-driven solutions • Develop and extend integrations, APIs, and SaaS connectivity frameworks • Integrate engineering and security best practices into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows • Build and improve AI and LLM-assisted workflows, including automation, reasoning systems, and developer guidance tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve scalability, performance, and design challenges • Create technical documentation, reports, and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
