Role Description We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Application Integrations & Internal Tools to design and implement scalable internal solutions, develop automation frameworks, and improve software delivery processes across enterprise environments. In this role, you will: - Collaborate closely with development, platform, and product teams to build production-grade integrations. - Enhance internal tooling and contribute to secure and scalable engineering practices. - Work with modern AI-assisted workflows and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and developer experience. Your main responsibilities will include: - Design, build, and maintain scalable internal application tooling and automation solutions. - Develop and extend integrations, APIs, and SaaS connectivity frameworks. - Integrate engineering and security best practices into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows. - Build and improve AI and LLM-assisted workflows, including automation, reasoning systems, and developer guidance tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve scalability, performance, and design challenges. - Create technical documentation, reports, and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer. - 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity-related roles. - 5+ years of experience working with Python and Golang. - Experience with AWS and modern software delivery practices such as Infrastructure as Code, containers, and service-oriented architectures. - Experience working with Linux, Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals. - Good understanding of application security concepts and secure development practices. - Ability to analyze complex systems, identify issues, and build scalable solutions. - Advanced English level for daily communication. Requirements - Nice to Have: - Experience with Node.js and React. - Experience working with AI/LLM-assisted engineering workflows. - Familiarity with CI/CD integrations and SaaS platform integrations. • Provide technical support through inbound tickets, calls, and emails • Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues across Cisco and Cisco Meraki environments • Support end users and client IT teams in a fast-paced service environment • Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, firewall rules, VPNs, routing, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking issues • Work within Zendesk and ticketing systems to manage incidents and service requests • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary while maintaining clear communication with clients • Collaborate with senior engineers on network troubleshooting and operational improvements • Maintain professionalism and calm communication during high-pressure situations

• Design and produce marketing assets across digital and print channels • Create responsive and performance-focused HTML email layouts • Develop website graphics including homepage banners, landing page visuals, and UI assets • Design social media creatives for both organic and paid campaigns • Produce digital advertising materials including display banners and retargeting creatives • Create trade show and event assets such as booths, signage, and backdrops • Design printed collateral including brochures, sell sheets, and one-pagers • Translate marketing briefs into engaging visual concepts and polished deliverables • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and marketing channels • Adapt creative assets for multiple formats, platforms, and campaign goals • Prepare production-ready files for digital and print vendors • Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing, and campaign performance insights

• Manage research projects from kickoff to final delivery, including questionnaire coordination, fieldwork follow-up, data quality checks, analysis support, and client communication. • The ideal candidate has worked on studies related to brand awareness, ad effectiveness, campaign performance, consumer perception, or marketing effectiveness measurement. • Comfortable managing multiple client-facing research projects at the same time.

• Own and manage the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows • Ensure data quality, governance, and segmentation strategies • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to align processes • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance • Implement lead scoring models and lifecycle management processes • Manage integrations between CRM and other tools (email, ads, analytics, etc.) • Support campaign execution through list management and automation • Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion and operational efficiency • Document processes and maintain CRM best practices

• Own and execute comprehensive on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies • Conduct in-depth keyword research aligned with buyer intent, customer journey stages, and business goals • Audit and optimize website content, landing pages, and site structure for improved rankings and UX • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including crawlability, indexing, page speed, and Core Web Vitals • Develop and implement backlink growth strategies through outreach and partnerships • Partner with marketing teams to build SEO-driven content strategies (blogs, landing pages, resource hubs) • Optimize internal linking, CTAs, and user pathways to improve conversion from organic traffic • Increase search visibility for high-intent audiences and improve qualified pipeline generation • Monitor rankings, website traffic, and SEO KPIs using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console • Track SEO performance through GA4 and conversion analytics • Deliver regular performance reports with actionable recommendations tied to business outcomes

• Test web portal functionality built with Blazor, Bootstrap, and SSO authentication. • Validate login/logout flows, session timeouts, token refresh, role-based access, and access restriction scenarios. • Review UI/UX consistency across desktop and tablet views, including forms, modals, validations, and error messages. • Test request forms, multi-step workflows, conditional fields, file uploads, backend submissions, and confirmation messages. • Validate dashboard widgets, KPI cards, data grids, filters, date pickers, and CSV/PDF export functionality. • Test BI dashboards to ensure charts, tables, filters, drill-downs, tooltips, and exports display accurate data. • Verify dashboard performance, especially when working with large datasets or complex visualizations. • Test survey flows, question types, validation rules, submission logic, confirmation pages, and email invitation links. • Write and execute SQL queries to validate row counts, aggregates, joins, data freshness, and data integrity. • Compare data across sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, CSV exports, and dashboard outputs. • Validate ETL and data pipeline processes to ensure information is correctly extracted, transformed, and loaded. • Perform cross-system testing to confirm that portal actions, survey submissions, dashboards, and access permissions work together correctly. • Work closely with the Engineering Manager, PM, and development team to identify, document, and follow up on defects.
