Job Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in program/project management leading complex technical initiatives
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- SAFe or Agile certifications are advantageous
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level programs with significant business impact
- Strong technical knowledge of regulated product development processes and quality systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to influence and promote accountability in matrix environments
- Experience in building consensus and resolving conflicts effectively
- Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency with project management software and MS Office suite
- Strong financial acumen for budget development and tracking
- Ability to adapt leadership approach based on the situation and audience
- Experience managing external partner/vendor relationships
- Strategic approach with the ability to align programs to business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed

• The Senior Program Manager for our Federal group is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve the successful completion of a portfolio of client projects. • They will supervise, direct, and coordinate design and project management including direct liaison with the owner, designers, and contractors regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract administration. • They will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and participating in business development activities as required. • Will be an expert in the field of project management, plans, manages, and overseeing significant projects and may supervise the work of subordinate PMs.
