Gifted Savings

• Own and integrate Gifted Savings’ core operating functions, ensuring the organization scales with clarity and alignment across programs and compliance. • Partner closely with the Executive Director to translate organizational vision into clear operating strategy, priorities, and execution. • Lead all aspects of legal, regulatory, and compliance strategy across both nonprofit and financial services–adjacent activities. • Build effective systems and processes that support a distributed team. • Oversee HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team development.

• Lead the day-to-day creation, publishing, and management of Gifted Savings’ digital storytelling and social media presence. • Produce, edit, and package short-form video content for use across social media, newsletters, the website, and other digital communications. • Maintain and manage a social media content calendar, coordinating with program milestones and team priorities. • Write clear, engaging social media captions and short written updates for students, educators, families, and donors. • Help draft email newsletters and written updates highlighting program milestones and student impact. • Monitor comments, tags, and direct messages, providing light community engagement. • Track social media analytics and share insights for iteration and improvement.
