• Manage assigned pursuits of moderate complexity from kickoff through submission. • Contribute pursuit-specific inputs to go/no-go evaluations, including compliance assessment, schedule feasibility, and resource considerations. • Develop and write substantive proposal content, including qualifications, project narratives, executive summary inputs, and resumes, with guidance from senior staff. • Establish and manage pursuit schedules, coordinating internal contributors and subconsultants. • Conduct compliance reviews on assigned content to confirm adherence to RFQ and RFP requirements. • Maintain Salesforce opportunity records for assigned pursuits, including revenue values, stage progression, and outcome documentation. • Ensure resumes and project sheets sourced from Flowcase are current and aligned with pursuit messaging. • Develop content and materials for client presentations and interviews on assigned pursuits. • Support interview preparation including coaching sessions, mock interviews, and slide development under the direction of senior staff. • Provide guidance and quality review to Pursuit Coordinators on assigned work. • Support Pursuit Managers and Senior Pursuit Managers on larger pursuits as a section lead or content contributor.

• Maintain and update team resumes and project profiles in Flowcase to ensure accuracy and relevance. • Pull and distribute monthly Flowcase reports to evaluate content performance/usage and identify gaps. • Audit content regularly and flag outdated or incomplete entries for subject matter experts to review. • Maintain a version control log for all collateral so the team always knows what is active. • Track content expiration dates and set up reminders for periodic reviews. • Review submitted proposals for standout content worth pulling into the content library. • Coordinate with the Content team on content library additions and curation decisions. • Run quarterly Company Content Survey reports and present findings to the team to identify successes and areas for improvement. • Track content usage metrics and share insights with leadership. • Maintain a content request tracker so every request is logged, assigned, and seen through to completion. • Support proposal staff as needs arise, including formatting resumes, building graphics, and helping produce marketing collateral. • Format and tailor resumes and project profiles to fit specific bids and proposal templates. • Create simple graphics and visual elements for proposals and client-facing materials. • Assist with the production and updating of marketing collateral such as brochures, capability statements, and quals summaries.

• The Senior Program Manager for our Federal group is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve the successful completion of a portfolio of client projects. • They will supervise, direct, and coordinate design and project management including direct liaison with the owner, designers, and contractors regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract administration. • They will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and participating in business development activities as required. • Will be an expert in the field of project management, plans, manages, and overseeing significant projects and may supervise the work of subordinate PMs.

• Architect and lead development of scalable, end-to-end LLM-powered agentic systems, including strategic planning, memory management, structured prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration. • Define, implement, and optimize MCP-compliant servers, establishing robust, modular, and context-rich interactions among AI components. • Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for developing APIs and backend services using FastAPI to orchestrate complex agent workflows. • Oversee design and development of dynamic, performant frontend applications built in Next.js for intuitive user interaction with intelligent systems. • Lead architectural planning and execution of deployments on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions), ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency. • Implement sophisticated multi-agent coordination using orchestration frameworks such as AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangGraph, ensuring cohesive, structured reasoning among distributed agentic components. • Design and optimize integrations with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant), establishing schemas and pipelines for efficient long-term memory, semantic search, and retrieval. • Act as a technical liaison between product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to align architecture with business strategy; mentor engineers on best practices for AI architecture, scalability, and performance.

• Lead the design of Unifier and other PMIS solutions • Work directly with clients to gather requirements, make recommendations, take detailed notes, and convey those to other members of the project team • Create strategy documents, such as integration strategy, PMIS strategy, training strategy, etc • Create detailed design documentation, and artifacts • Work with developers and development leads to manage Unifier/PMIS development • Be able to create proof of concepts to demonstrate key functionality • Quality assurance on solutions developed by digital teams • Execute UAT process and obtain final sign off from clients • Assist with the development of integration and migration plans • Escalate any issues promptly to project leadership • Demo solutions to clients • Ability to manage shifting priorities and adapt quickly • Support sales process as needed

• Lead and oversee all client teams within the Advisory business unit, ensuring engagements are delivered with quality, on scope, and on budget. • Serve as the senior point of escalation for delivery issues, client concerns, and staffing conflicts across the unit’s engagements. • Partner with Program Directors and client managers to monitor engagement health, manage risks, and maintain strong client satisfaction. • Ensure consistent delivery standards and adherence to Consertus’ leading practices across every client team. • Own day-to-day hiring for the business unit: manage the evaluation, hiring, and onboarding of staff to build teams capable of delivering the plan. • Manage the performance, development, and well-being of the unit’s staff, setting clear expectations and providing regular coaching and feedback. • Plan and manage staffing, utilization, and FTE projections across current engagements and upcoming work, coordinating with leadership and HR. • Develop emerging leaders and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement consistent with Consertus values. • Manage the day-to-day P&L for the business unit — tracking revenue, utilization, margin, and costs against budget — in partnership with the Business Unit Lead, who retains ultimate ownership. • Monitor financial performance, manage forecasts, and proactively flag and address variances to protect and grow margin. • Oversee accurate, timely invoicing and financial reporting in coordination with project accounting. • Ensure required reports are delivered on time and keep the Business Unit Lead informed of performance, risks, and resourcing needs. • Act as a trusted second-in-command, deputizing for the Business Unit Lead on operational decisions and in their absence. • Translate the unit’s strategy and growth plan into day-to-day execution across teams and engagements. • Support pursuits and growth by ensuring delivery capacity and staffing are aligned to won work and the pipeline. • Support the Business Unit Lead as required on growth, key clients, and overall P&L ownership by owning the day-to-day running of the unit.
