Program Manager, Risk and Compliance
Revyse
• Optimize the compliance engine behind our vendor credentialing product. • Assess and update the frameworks and workflows that help Revyse customers enforce and track their risk and insurance standards for vendors and suppliers. • Work closely with Ops, Implementation, Product, and CX teams to bring it all together. • Learn the platform inside and out, build trust across teams, and support our customers and their service vendors. • Operationalize Client-Defined Standards to evaluate vendors according to each client’s risk tiers, insurance requirements, and compliance policies. • Develop reusable templates, policies, and guides for both internal teams and Revyse customers, always aligning with customer-specified standards. • Track, document, and report on compliance with customer-defined insurance requirements for each vendor type. • Review exception requests for insurance requirements and suggest updates to customer requirements to streamline vendor approvals. • Collaborate with our Services Team to ensure smooth vendor enrollment and review of requirements. • Review and analyze vendor agreements to ensure customer-required risk provisions are clearly reflected. • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements impacting vendor licensing and insurance and keep clients informed.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in commercial insurance with hands-on experience in one or more: commercial lines brokerage, risk management, insurance compliance, or contractor/vendor credentialing - ideally serving property management, construction, or real estate clients.
- Deep knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages - general liability, workers' compensation, professional liability, umbrella/excess, auto liability, etc.
- Proficiency in risk assessment frameworks (as implemented for client policies), credentialing or contract management platforms, and insurance certificate tracking.
- Experience supporting or implementing risk management frameworks for enterprise clients.
- Experience designing repeatable, documented processes for high-compliance or regulated workflows.
- Strong written communication skills. You’ll be drafting guides, rules, and process docs constantly.
- A calm, confident approach to solving problems in messy, high-urgency situations.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
