• The Senior Program Manager for our Federal group is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve the successful completion of a portfolio of client projects. • They will supervise, direct, and coordinate design and project management including direct liaison with the owner, designers, and contractors regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract administration. • They will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and participating in business development activities as required. • Will be an expert in the field of project management, plans, manages, and overseeing significant projects and may supervise the work of subordinate PMs.
• Manage key Trust & Safety programs to reduce harmful experiences for our users. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Engineering, Legal, and others) to proactively identify and mitigate risks to user safety. • Apply data-driven frameworks to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, in alignment with broader company goals and business objectives. • Stay informed about industry best practices and emergent risks associated with new technology products and contexts.
• Responsible for providing program management oversight to a single customer requiring coordination of program requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors. • Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. • Identifies, develops, and implements near-term and long-term business strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies, services, follow-on products, and/or industries. • Program may be based out of a single location utilizing established technologies requiring standard applications to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems. • Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs. • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. • Identifies markets, licensing opportunities, and determines the feasibility of business and product development. • Coordinates with internal departments in identifying and implementing business development projects. • Develops and disseminates information on a continuous basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of project goals and objectives. • Evaluate progression of project milestones and modify work as applicable to ensure overall project quality and schedule are being attained. • Regularly engage with key government stakeholders. • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. • Directs the work of employees assigned to the program.
