Role Description We are sharing a specialised full-time consulting opportunity for accomplished enterprise sales professionals experienced in quota-carrying roles, pipeline management, CRM administration, sales operations, customer-facing communications, and complex commercial workflows. This role supports a remote collaboration focused on improving how advanced AI systems perform multi-step enterprise sales work. Selected professionals will apply their real-world selling expertise to evaluate sales workflows, create high-quality reference examples, refine assessment criteria, and produce polished commercial materials across realistic enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities - Enterprise Sales Workflow Evaluation - Review multi-step enterprise sales workflows and assess whether outputs reflect strong commercial judgment. - Evaluate prospecting, opportunity management, pipeline progression, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and customer communication workflows. - Identify weak assumptions, missed steps, process gaps, and execution issues. - Explain clearly how an experienced enterprise seller would improve each workflow. - Reference Workflow Development - Complete realistic sales tasks from initial prospecting through pipeline management and reporting. - Create high-quality reference examples demonstrating strong enterprise sales execution. - Develop customer-facing materials such as pitches, summaries, account plans, and presentation content. - Document effective decision-making across complex commercial scenarios. - Evaluation Standards & Quality Calibration - Review and refine scoring criteria used to assess sales-related outputs. - Ensure evaluation frameworks capture the difference between average and exceptional enterprise selling. - Apply consistent standards across pipeline, CRM, communication, reporting, and customer-facing tasks. - Collaborate with other senior contributors to calibrate judgments and improve evaluation quality. - Enterprise Systems & Sales Operations - Work within test environments that reflect modern enterprise sales technology stacks. - Complete and simulate workflows across CRM, communication, documentation, project management, and billing tools. - Review CRM data quality, pipeline structure, activity tracking, and reporting accuracy. - Produce polished artifacts suitable for internal leadership and external customer audiences. Qualifications - Approximately 10 years of hands-on enterprise sales experience. - A consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex commercial environments. - Experience as a quota-carrying individual contributor, sales manager, regional leader, or senior sales executive. - Strong understanding of the complete enterprise sales cycle. - Deep practical experience with CRM administration, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process execution. - Strong written communication and the ability to create polished customer-facing materials. - Confidence evaluating complex sales situations and explaining commercial judgments clearly. - Current location in the United States. Requirements - A degree in business, marketing, communications, economics, finance, or a related field is helpful. - Extensive professional experience in enterprise sales, account management, sales leadership, or revenue operations is highly relevant. - Equivalent hands-on experience managing complex B2B sales cycles may be considered in place of formal academic qualifications. - Professional training in consultative selling, strategic account management, or sales operations may be valuable. Nice to Have - Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or comparable CRM platforms. - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. - Experience with customer support, billing, communication, or sales engagement platforms. - Background in B2B SaaS, technology sales, marketplaces, or outcome-based commercial programs. - Experience managing campaigns against performance targets such as engagement, installs, conversions, or sign-ups. - Strong presentation development, executive communication, and reporting skills. - Experience troubleshooting workflows across connected enterprise systems.
