• Drive strategic growth across a portfolio of healthcare technology and clinical software solutions. • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, and integrated delivery networks. • Build and strengthen executive relationships with clinical, operational, IT, and financial stakeholders. • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentations, proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing. • Develop value-based business cases that demonstrate clinical, operational, and financial benefits for customers. • Collaborate with clinical, product, implementation, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure successful customer adoption and long-term satisfaction. • Represent the company at customer meetings, executive briefings, and industry conferences. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and strategic account plans while consistently achieving revenue objectives.

• Lead the analysis, design, development, deployment, and support of healthcare data integrations with EMRs and third-party systems • Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for interface architecture, production issues, and integration strategy • Design, build, and maintain integration workflows using healthcare interoperability standards and integration platforms • Develop and support data exchange solutions utilizing HL7, FHIR, RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and related technologies • Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable, reliable integration solutions • Perform ETL activities, data transformations, and complex healthcare data mappings • Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues to maintain system performance, stability, and data integrity • Monitor integration environments and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement • Ensure compliance with healthcare security, privacy, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, DevOps, Support, and external partners to deliver integration initiatives • Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to integration engineering team members • Support Agile development practices, project planning, and prioritization efforts • Participate in implementation, testing, validation, deployment, and post-production support activities • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integrations, workflows, troubleshooting, and operational processes
- Conduct on-site training sessions on software, hardware, and associated products, ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders. - Assists in managing the customer’s clinical expectations. - As available, provides competitive product performance information to headquarters, marketing, or engineering groups. - May coordinate or lead customer and/or employee training courses. - May conduct large group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows. - May provide demo support to local, regional, and national customer trade events. - Formulates complementary support training information in the form of quick tips, workbooks, video media, and implementation guides. - Works with cross-functional teams as necessary to support and enable best services and optimize customer relations. - Creating and maintaining formal customer training support documents. - Designing and overseeing the initial and ongoing training for Clinical Applications Specialists, as well as continued training for new product releases. - Other duties as assigned by Training Operations and/or Applications Manager.
• Own customer implementations from contract signature through go-live and post-implementation transition. • Lead complex enterprise healthcare technology deployments involving multiple stakeholders, integrations, and workstreams. • Build and scale implementation methodologies, governance processes, tools, and delivery standards. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. • Serve as the executive escalation point for implementation risks, issues, and customer concerns. • Establish implementation KPIs, capacity planning processes, and delivery metrics. • Recruit, mentor, and develop implementation team members while maintaining direct involvement in strategic deployments.
• Provide clinical applications training to customers both onsite and remotely to ensure safe, effective, and confident use of medical technology in accordance with established guidelines and best practices. • Support the management of customer clinical expectations by delivering high-quality education and ongoing guidance. • As appropriate, share customer feedback and competitive insights with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and engineering. • Coordinate and/or lead customer and internal employee training programs. • Deliver presentations to small and large groups at seminars, training programs, conferences, and trade shows. • Develop and maintain complementary training materials, including quick-reference guides, workbooks, video content, and implementation resources. • Collaborate cross-functionally to support service excellence and optimize customer relationships. • Support the design and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training programs for clinical applications specialists, including education related to new product releases.
• Serve as the primary clinical applications resource for customers throughout onboarding, implementation, and ongoing platform utilization. • Build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, clinical staff, administrators, and operational stakeholders. • Conduct customer training sessions and provide ongoing education to support successful user adoption. • Assess clinical workflows and recommend best practices for platform utilization and optimization. • Partner with customers to identify operational challenges and align software capabilities with clinical and business objectives. • Investigate and document user-reported application issues and coordinate resolution with Product and Engineering teams. • Translate customer feedback and workflow requirements into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders. • Support application configuration, user setup, workflow customization, and platform optimization activities. • Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify opportunities to improve adoption, utilization, and satisfaction. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Assist with implementation planning, go-live support, and post-deployment follow-up activities. • Serve as an advocate for customers while balancing organizational goals and product strategy.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair MRI RF coils including head, spine, body, extremity, and phased-array coils • Perform detailed electrical, mechanical, and RF diagnostics to isolate component-level failures • Repair and recondition coils to meet or exceed OEM performance standards • Conduct functional testing and quality assurance using coil testing equipment and signal verification tools • Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records • Support preventive maintenance initiatives and assist with coil inventory management • Collaborate with MRI technologists, biomedical staff, and engineering teams to reduce equipment downtime • Identify recurring failure trends and provide recommendations for process or repair improvements
