Role Description We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Digital Territory Account Manager to join our growing Digital Sales team. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in technology sales, digital sales, business development, inside sales, or account management. - Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Professional fluency in Croatian and English. - Excellent written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proven experience generating and qualifying new business opportunities. - Experience selling technology solutions such as SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, AI, or related software and infrastructure technologies is preferred. - Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models. - Strong ability to manage multiple opportunities, priorities, forecasting, and pipeline activities using CRM platforms such as Salesforce. - Customer-focused and self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills. - Passion for technology and sales.
